Great location and the place was very clean. I enjoyed the layout; lots of room to walk around.
The walls are thin, so may be a problem if you are a light sleeper.

The location of this property was absolutely perfect. It was within 10 minutes walk from the centre and also the train station and many other things. It couldn't have been better.

Really close to the Bologna central train station, with a nice park very nearby. Really spacious apartment, seems like it was refurbished quite recently. Overall a really nice stay!
The wifi was a bit patchy at times, sometimes we couldn't connect to it.

Excellent location..short walk to the centre of town with lots of lovely bars and restaurants on the way. Breakfast on the pavement just outside the apartment and the perfect bar for a bedtime apperitif!
This was perfectly located ….10 mins walk from the station and another 10 to the heart of Bologna….can’t recommend highly enough.

The apartment is in a central location close to restaurants and the train station. It is quite big, clean and nicely renovated with all necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was quite spacious. Generally a very nice apartment, I would definitely choose it again if I come back to Bologna.

giovanni is a splendid host! the place is very convienent and central. we stayed one week in La CASA DI Gio and travelled 4 times by train ,this done by walking by foot leasurely 15 minutes to the train station! everything reachable by foot ',even the supermarket Conad is 3 minutes away.
mind to have to use stairs - one floor up - to the apartment- for us it was no problem.
kitchen well equipped, to put a micowave would be nice.
we recommend to friends visit la casa di gio for a stay in bolonia

Great location, very quiet appartment, no street noise. Large and comfortable for 2 people could easily accomodate a family of 4. Greatly appreciated the washing machine. Everything we needed.

it was comfortable and clean and close to central attractions and train station.
There was a lot of graffiti across the road….which was initially concerning but actually the area was very nice.

Location... Close to the city center and easy to reach from the train station. Good size for an apartment, well_equipped, clean and we could check in earlier than indicated on booking.com.
Location very good but as close to the city centre it was loud during the night. This is just something you have to be aware of. We did not mind, as all the sights were conveniently close by.

The apartment was very clean, close to the center and the train station, so a perfect location close to restaurants and cafes. The host was lovely and even booked a table for us at the local restaurant ” Donatello” in advance. Everything was great, if i return to bologna i will stay here!

The property is in a central location. You can easily reach anywhere in the city from here. It is very clean. The price is affordable. The owner is very helpful. You can contact him very easily, he responds very fast. The next time I am in Bologna, I will definitely stay here.
