There are better apartments than this one (puerta 11, 6th floor, door 23) in other building on same property.

location, sport / play facilities, security

Sofa, limited old kitchen ware : no towels, no wine glasses, fish smell when opening fridge. Old hard towels in bathroom , no floormat. No bell for visitors/ letterboxes falling apart.

Great location- flat could be better stocked.

The property is in an excellent location - an easy walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants. There was good communication with picking up the keys and how to find the property.

The beds, pillows and sofa were not comfortable. The photos had shown two separate beds but it was a double bed in the second bedroom. Although there was a pullout bed - there was not enough clean bedding for another bed. The kitchen is poorly stocked with very old plates, pots and a few utensils.

Господар чудовий! У нас була можливість заїзду і виїзду в зручний для нас час. Окреме за це дякую! Розташування добре. В апартаментах затишно, світло і просторо. Балкон був улюбленим місцем . Ліжка зручні, подушки сподобались . Господар на зв'язку , готовий допомогти .

Facil de encontrar. El centro cerca. La playa cerca. Recibimos la llave, se nos explico muy bien lo que teníamos que saber. Muy bien la verdad.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!!!

Die Übergabe des Schlüssels verlief sehr gut. Wir konnten den Vermieter telefonisch kontaktieren; er kam dann zum Haupteingang um uns die Schlüssel zu übergeben und uns einzuweisen. Es steht ein Garagenplatz bereit. Die ganze Wohnanlage ist bewacht und nur mit einem Schlüssel zu betreten. Selbst in den Fahrstühlen wird ein Schlüssel benötigt, um in die Ferienwohnung zu gelangen. Vom Balkon aus kann man das Meer sehen (also ein bisschen davon, aber immerhin). :-) Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Kaffee-Maschine, Wasserkocher, Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck in ausreichender Zahl. Wir waren wirklich SEHR begeistert und können diese Wohnung empfehlen! Sie ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet.

Lovely València vacation 🏖️

Apartment is situated in a very relaxed and nice area of Valencia. Less than 5 min walk to beachfront. Pool and apartment complex is well serviced. Apartment itself is clean, host is helpful. Perfect for a short stay.

If you only plan to sleep in this apartnent, then it will suffice, but if you plan to spend a little more time there af

the building itself has wonderful amenities, free parking and great security. it is a short walk to the beach

it is a bit deceiving as you think it is beachfront- it is not. it is not a very comfortable apartment as there is not really anywhere to sit outside on the terrace except an old table with broken chairs. The beds and pillows are hard. The shower did not function properly

Wonderful stay

Overall, the apartment is good value for money, in an excellent location. We had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and kind. Would totally recommend it. For sure we will choose it again 😊

Great location in an acceptable accomodation

The excellent position of the apartment, close to the beach, in a quiet area. -The apartment is spacious. - We were allowed by the host to leave our luggage in the apartment before the check-in hour. - We were very close to the bus station and few supermarkets. - Very nice local restaurants in the area (not the ones on the beach). - We really had great time during our stay.

The communication with the host was quite difficult due to the language barriers (I'm not speaking Spanish, he is not speaking English). Also we didn't met at all face to face. Finally, we managed to find him by phone, helped by the local quards. Although it's overall acceptable clean, the apartment definitely needs some small investments and general maintenance: *the toilet seat and the toilet brush must be urgently changed *the pillows have some 'strange' stains and it must be replaced *although they were clean, the towels need to be replaced. They look very old and extremely used. *the dishes need to be replaced or completed. All that I mentioned above it's not so expensive and definitely would improve the quality of the accomodation.

Very good

Location is great, one of the biggest assets. However the price does no justifies it.

I found the bedding sheets and blankets with stains, the oven is a complete mess. These issues make one wonder how well they clean after occupants leave. Towels need replacement.

basic accom with all your needs. bit difficult to enter the actual property. hopefully they can sort this out for future

close to the beach. there’s a pool if you want. functional kitchen, washing machine. nice balcony.

No staff to let you in the place. You have to call the number on bookings.com to get the key. This will be difficult if you are checking in late etc…They also only speak Spanish - which is great but difficult if you are not fluent in Spanish…. I only speak basic Spanish - so this may not be an issue for some. The guy who answered the phone had to get his friendly neighbour to speak to us in English to let us in. After he finally met us outside the gates to give us the key…. he then disappeared in seconds. Odd.

No KETTLE, even though it is listed in description of amenities. Lack of cups & glasses definitely not enough if apartment at full capacity.

A nice apartment perfect for a stay in Valencia.

A very nice apartment in a nice location, we were absolutely satisfied with it. What I appreciated the most was that the kitchen was well equipped. It had not only the basic utensils but there were many of the things that you need but you don't want to buy during a holiday (salt, sugar, oil, tea, coffee, etc.).

The only thing that I didn't like was the noise. I am a very good sleeper and I have never complained about noise, but we slept with open windows and terrace door and I woke up early and couldn't go back to sleep because of the noise. But of course, you can sleep with closed windows as you have AC. Another small nuisance and a minor thing that could be improved is to be told that the apartment is on Floor 6. When you get into the elevator, you don't know which floor to choose if you know only the number of the apartment. So if you're reading this before traveling there, I'm telling you: Floor 6. :)
