Apartment was fabulous, beautiful use of space and really comfortable

There was a constant alarm beeping in the lobby while we were there.

Using Livvi app was very easy

When checking the room to make sure I’d not left any of my belongings on departure I found a cork under the sofa from a previous guest, so it’d been missed by the cleaner. However everything else was spotless and gleaming so no complaints just an observation.

Great location in Clifton village with easy access to bars and restaurants. The property itself is very clean and very well maintained. The studio apartment had all the amenities that one requires over a short stay.

Great location, lovely little apartment with all necessary kitchen equipment. Very easy to make yourself at home. Loved the keys and great friendly staff that are easy to reach on the phone when we needed information.

One star off just because it needs some maintenance (very wobbly dining table) and the bed was a bit small for two people in the smaller apartment, and the mattress was compressed in the middle so we kept squashing together, so a bit hard to sleep comfortably.

Having stayed before, I knew what to expect and meant the whole process was a lot simpler. Great location, facilities and experience

The key system is a bit tricky because you have to use your phone as the key, when we first visited the phone wasn't working. I had to go into the apps settings and allow for Bluetooth manually in order for it to work.

great space in a fantastic location, close to coffee shops and nice restaurants, plus supermarkets. check in process very smooth. bed was very comfortable

no lift which proved a little tricky with all our stuff for our baby. bathroom is a little small.

The location of the flat was good - situated at the top of the hill to the north of Bristol. It took approximately 20 minutes to walk to the center of Bristol. The walk takes you past a number of interesting and important cultural sites (e.g Museum - Art Gallery : 5 minutes walk ; Brandon Hill : 10 min walk). Being further out of the city center, it was very quiet at night, which was nice. The flat was well equipped with dishwasher, utensils, washing-machine, etc. There were l'Occitane products (shower gel, shampoo, hand gel) which we enjoyed. Free parking was available, very close to the property (on the other side of the road) The flat had a good number of windows and pleasant views of the residential area.

The cleanliness of the flat was the most disappointing aspect of the property. We had to spend 30 minutes cleaning the flat before feeling comfortable. The floor had not been vacuumed and was covered in dust, bits of old food and hairs. There was thankfully a dustpan and brush which we used to clean the floor. I worry that the bedsheets had not been changed as we found a significant number (5+) of hair and splatters of blood? The toilet had been used and not flushed on our arrival... We also found lots of old food around the cupboards and even an entire slice of old pepper in the microwave. The fridge had been poorly cleaned. The shower basin had hair, with a low flow drain resulting in a strong smell. As you may have seen from other comments, we can confirm that the check-in process is likely the most complicated process we have experienced using a hotel. We received no less than 10 emails relating to the check-in process. The process required us to upload ID cards for all guests, one of which caused the host to mistakenly assume one of the guests' right to stay in the uk, citing immigration laws - something we have never experienced before when travelling all over the world, which felt rather unwelcoming. We were asked to email ID cards, upload to an external website and also check-in with an external website and finally, retrieve electronic keys through a third-party app. If you don't have a smartphone, if your phone doesn't have NFC, or if your phone is unfortunately lost or out of battery, you wouldn't be able to access your room. Despite looking nice, the apartment didn't quite match the photos on booking.com. The size of the apartment was smaller than advertised. Parking wasn't suitable for large cars.

key code was difficult however house keeper happened to be on site and she was superb nothing was too much trouble for her, she took time to sort out for us. Thankyou for great customer service.

It was spacious and modern with all the facilities required by a family on a short holiday.

We were told (after. booking) that the balcony couldn’t be used during our stay. This was disappointing for a summer holiday and should have been compensated for in some way. The apartment had not been inspected prior to our arrival so not a great start. However, this was soon put right by great staff the following day.
