The hotel is ideally situated and there are plenty of shops and delicious restaurants around the hotel. The beds are soft, the hotel's interior space is clean and comfortable, and the bedrooms are well soundproofed.
Long check-in time, the service attitude and the professional competence of the reception staff must be improved. Moreover, due to the hotel is conveniently located, my personal suggestion is to add an observatory or landscape-related facilities to increase the added value of tourism.

トイレにウォッシュレットが付いていて快適でした。
コーヒーがドリップとコーヒーマシンと用意されていたが、クリームが1回分しか部屋になかった。

板橋駅から思った以上に近く、ホテル入り口の目の前にバスが停まるので、台北から帰ってくるときも非常に便利でした。
またお部屋も広く綺麗で、バストイレ別、洗面台も別でとても使いやすかったです。
かなりお手頃でびっくりです！
チェックアウト日の朝6時前に突然部屋の電気が切れ、フロントに確認したところどうやら停電だったようです。スタッフ用のエレベーターが動いたので助かりました。
ただ滅多にあることではないようなのとスタッフの方もかなり対応に追われながらも親切に案内してくださったので問題なかったです。

location is in New Taipei City so it’s a bit far from the main attractions. the only way to Taoyuan airport is by taxi and costs around 1,100NTD

Great stay at Banqiao if you don't mind it being slightly away from Taipei city centre.
Elevators are slow and it's disruptive when neighbours slam their doors.

great location within the proximity to the Taoyuan airport (around 30-40 minutes if the traffic is good) with good price. the staff is friendly and helpful - we asked for a quiet room and being arranged to a higher floor. comfortable bed gave us good two nights sleep and booked a taxi to the airport with staff's help
the waiting time for checking in was a bit long as there was only one receptionist dealing with the queue.

Very nice location, reasonable price, clean room
There is no hanger for formal pants. This is the only problem for me. If you are not a business traveller who wears a suit, then this hotel must be the best option for your stay around Banqiao area.
