The villa was excellent, we had a lovely week in Rovinj. It is exactly as it looks in the photos and only a short walk to the old town. It was very clean, spacious and modern, we had everything we needed during our stay. The beds were very comfy! The proximity to the road wasn't a problem at all, it wasn't very busy and this was during August. The pool is lovely and well maintained by Paulo the owner who lives next door. Both him and his wife were very helpful and nothing was a problem including lending us umbrellas during a storm and booking us a taxi to Pula.
Plenty of space to park a car directly outside the door; small supermarket very close by, it had a reasonable selection of things if you didn't want to go to one of the larger supermarkets close by (but would need a car to do so).
Overall highly recommended and we would most definitely return if in Rovinj again.

Facilities are fantastic - clean and luxurious. Location is great for walking into Rovinj in the evening. The pool is a great bonus.
The road can sometimes be a little noisy if sitting outside, although the apartment is very quiet inside so not really an issue.
