Free parking garage: very convenient. The gym: a lot of machines and a nice view. The size of the rooms. The size of the beds.

It was noisy. My first few days I've been woken up several times before 7 am (and one time even before 5) in the morning, because of children on the corridors. I told the recepetion about this, they asked me if I wanted to change rooms. If that will make a difference: yes please, I said. The change went quickly - what was really nice - but the next room was with a (locked) connecting door inside. I heard everything from the neighbors, who started making and having breakfast in the room or something with like that at 4.55 in the morning. I never complain about stuff like this, I've never ever changed rooms - and I've visited a lot of hotels. But this is supposed to be a 5-star hotel, the rooms are really gigantic, the beds are several meters away from the door, but that doesn't help with the noise. Apart from that: cleaning wasn't that great either. Perhaps cleaning the toilet seat with a cloth instead of just using the watersprays?

لم أصادف شي غير مرغوب هناك ماعدا اللغه العربية قليل التقيت في أشخاص يعملون هناك و يتكلمون العربيه.وسوف اجدد الإقامة هناك مرة ثانية لو سمحت الفرصة لي ولعائلتي.

Уровень 5 звезд не про этот отель. Максимум 4 звезды и то с натяжкой. У нас в номере на потолке при входе как будто ранее была протечка

I dislike Bathtub very dangerous for my age and there wasn’t only shower in the box .

The hotel has a strategic position, it is 10 min walking away from the traditional market and 10 minutes away from airport. It has spacious rooms and nicely decorated. Very clean and staff friendly.

La posizione è abbastanza comoda anche se defilata da downtown. Struttura estremamente pulita e camera molto spaziosa. Al mio arrivo c’erano stati dei problemi con la mia camera e mi hanno quindi spostata in un’altra struttura vicina per la prima notte. La mattina dopo per scusarsi del disagio sono stati estremamente premurosi offrendomi un succo e l’upgrade gratuito alla junior suite.

La connessione Internet è decisamente lenta e funzionante a scatti, più volte ho infatti preferito usare la connessione del cellulare disabilitando il Wi-Fi. Il prezzo è decisamente alto, ma in linea con quelli di Doha.

Персонал отеля просто на высоте. Каждый работник профессионал своего дела. Всегда рады каждому клиенту. Спасибо каждому работнику за их труд! Отдельное спасибо девушкам на завтраке и обеде за их сервис и приятный сюрприз в честь моего дня рождения! За их приятное обслуживание и улыбки! Хочу поблагодарить поваров ресторана, на 1 этаже и ресторана на G этаже. Еда просто великолепная. Безумно вкусно! Я очень рада, что выбрала этот отель. Приятно удивлена, что здесь подают не только завтраки, но и обед и ужин(буфет) Цена приемлемая. Не надо искать что о в городе, если очень устал после долгой прогулки. ВКУСНО, ОЧЕНЬ ВКУСНО КОРМЯТ! Номера чистые и просторные. Номер Экзекютив в с видом на море безумно порадовал. Спасибо ещё раз. Трансфер в/из отеля тоже был организован через ресепшен. Всё прошло отлично. Каждый сотрудник заслуживает похвалу! Спасибо всем за эту прекрасную неделю в вашем отеле. Уезжать не хотелось....

Мне кажется, что шумоизоляция не совсем на уровне, но, если соседи не громкие, то всё нормально будет По моему мнению, в скором времени можно освежить ремонт в ванной комнате. Сами номера очень свежие. Напор воды слабый, пришлось долго смывать шампунь, так как волосы длинные и густые. Кому принципиально, то окна не открываются для проветривания. Явных минусов нет. Выше описала только свои наблюдения. Обязательно вернусь снова, если буду в Дохе. Рекомендую этот отель.

The location was close to Metro, Corniche and Souq. Security staff was always friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff was always willing to return for Cleaning on our request. Check in staff was excellent. The view from the pool floor was amazing.

I requested information about early check in and or baggage storage facility and never got an answer. The pool is not child friendly

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were extremely large and well maintained. The gym was very large for a hotel and has a lot of equipment. The pool on the roof was also very nice to cool off, but there are no nice views from there because of the walls surrounding it.

Breakfast was ok, not very extensive but they have everything I needed. The pool didn’t have amazing views because of the walls. It would have been nice to relax in the pool while enjoying the view.

Room was really big enough to accommodate my 3 kids, along with their stuff, Sofa bed was comfortable, house keeping were very cooperative and responded quickly as needed. Front desk team very helpful specially ELSSIE and Edward. Restaurant and food were amazing. Thanks a lot to Siska for her support and great smile

Got a free upgrade with ocean views which was wonderful. Room was huge, plenty of wardrobe space, bed super comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. When our coffee maker in the room wasn't working, it was replaced within 15 minutes! The restaurant was great and such an array of food at breakfast. The hotel was easy walking to some interesting places including Souk Waqif. The staff were also so very friendly and helpful. We felt like royalty.

I really love the service of the hotel. Eneryone is polite and kind, and always willing to help. They helped me to take the luggage. Edward helped me to check out, also really polite with a warm smile. The room is clean and room service is convenient. I ordered a breakfast through phone and got fantastic food. It was a enjoyable stay here.

The location of the hotel is a bit far away from the metro station (it takes me 15min to get to the nearest metro station)

Uns hat absolut nichts gefallen. Es war die reinste Katastrophe, so das wir am nächsten Morgen direkt ohne Zögern unser Hotel gewechselt und uns beschwert haben.

Und hat NICHTS gefallen. Das Hotel war ziemlich unhygienisch. Wir hatten keine Handtücher. Der Gestank in den Fluren und Zimmern waren sehr unangenehm. Unsere beiden Zimmern rochen nach Zigaretten. Außerdem war das personal ziemlich unhöflich bis auf die Managerin, was uns ziemlich unwohl fühlen lies. Wir konnten die Nacht nicht wirklich schlafen, da das Hotel ziemlich beängstigend war. Ich frag mich nur, wie dieses Hotel überhaupt 5 Sterne bekommen hat, ist nicht einmal 1 Stern wert.

"The worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life." Hayatımda konakladığım en rezalet otel.

Puanına aldanıp rezervasyon yaptırdım. Oda ve mobilyalar çok eski. Sakın puanına aldanıp rezervasyon yaptırmayın. Temizlik konusunda çok kötüydü. Dışarının tüm gürültüsünü odanın içinde duyuyordum. O da yetmezmiş gibi bir sabah saat 9-10 civarı matkap sesi ile uyandım. Yaklaşık yarım saat sürdü bu durum. Resepsiyonu bir kaç defa aradım. En sonunda lütfedip durdurdular. Bu kadar olumsuzluk yaşayıp, çıkışta konaklamanız nasıldı diye bir soru soruldu. Konaklamam rezalet geçti dediğimde bir özür bile dilemediler. 5 yıldızına aldanıp konaklama yaptırmayın. 3 yıldızlı oteller muhtemelen daha iyidir. "I booked it deceived by its rating. The room and furniture were very old. Don't be fooled by the rating and make a reservation. It was very dirty. I could hear all the noise from outside in the room. To make matters worse, I woke up one morning around 9-10 to the sound of drilling. This lasted for about half an hour. I called the reception several times. They finally stopped it after several attempts. When asked how my stay was upon check-out, despite expressing that my stay was a disaster, they didn't even apologize. Don't be fooled by its 5-star rating; 3-star hotels are probably better."

الموقع وكبر مساحة الغرفة كذلك الافطار متنوع ولذيذ، الفندق من افضل الفنادق الي جربتها وسكنتها في الدوحة لا من ناحية النظافة والترتيب وحسن الاستقبال، كذلك اشكر الاخ حمزة على حسن تعاملة وابتسامةً الجميلة. راح اكرر التجربة إن شاءالله..
