Location is amazing, right on the water. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. Lovely little garden area. Amazingly generous hosting even when we faced delays and arrived late. Would definitely stay there again!

There was slight noise from the bar at night which was ok in the bedroom with the AC turned on but a bit louder if trying to sleep in the living room

The location was excellent. The hosts were helpful, caring, and easy to communicate with. The house is beautiful with an amazing outdoor patio.

Cosy, clean house in front of the sea in nice and quiet Neo Itilo, superfriendly owners Litsa and Efstathios. The house is very comfortable and spotless clean, with a very nice outside area. Litsa makes you feel welcome and spoils you with a delicious Maniatic breakfast. Thank you Litsa and Efstathios!

This little house is an extraordinary beautiful place to stay, fully equipped with everything you need, first class located right on the water in a peaceful bay. Additionally our stay was accompanied by a really exceptionally great hospitality of the hosts. THANK YOU :-))

Very cosy house with absolutely everything you need when on the vacations. Owners are really perfect and as nice as it gets. Clean and warm sea is just 30 steps away!

Great location at the heart of beautiful Mani. Beach right outside the door. Well equipped apartment and very hospitable hostess. 15 min walk to Limeni.

We loved to stay in this house! It's way better than staying on the busy Limeni. It's so calm and wonderful to get up with the gorgeous view of the sea. The lady is so nice and brought us a fantastic breakfast (it's a courtesy). There's a coffee near the house, but is very calm. It's fantastic to go there for a drink at night and look at the sea. What a peace!

Breakfast was amazing. Prepared daily by Litsa. The hosts Litsa and Michalis were exceptional hosts. Gave great tips on things to do. The location was fantastic, directly opposite the sea for a swim before breakfast.
