Quiet. 10 minute walk to metro station. Comfortable enough for a couple nights
Bit smaller than expected. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were flat as anything.

Fully equipped kitchen. Condiments, coffee and tea provided. Excellent use of space. Shower was powerful.

good location, suits couples, nice quite location, few bars down the road.
extremely small more suited for couples. there was just one double bed? so don’t expect 2 beds, again not any issue for couples.

The location is nice and well-connected by bus and metro. The staff is responsive and accommodating.
The house was full of dust everywhere, really not cleaned well. It's really small, the price is too high for what it's worth.

Location and the building is great - city centre, good basis for travelling
Hidden costs - I wasn't informed that after arrival I will be forced to pay additional 6 eur per night (not reflected in Booking and not being informed by host in advance). Moreover I wanted to check in at 10PM, host requested additional 30 EUR for the service (as in booking there is information about possible 20EUR). Be careful, otherwise here your budget will be disorted before even starting your holiday.
Second thing - facility claimed on booking is not in line with actual status - there were random things left available for use (a bit of already used soap, a bit of already used oil, none of caffee etc.), whereas in Booking it might be understood that we might have been able to leave and prepare our meals without bringing everything by ourselves.
