The house is far away from the beach and the soi is very small not good for parking if you have more than one car.

The toilet downstairs stinks and has big cockroaches which run on the ground floor everywhere. Showers upstairs hardly work and beds are small and uncomfortable. Must upgrades the toilet and bed mattresses Air conditioners are old and need cleaning probably that is the reason owner charges for electricity and not mentioned on booking website. The staff is nice and helpful. Overall it is a nice place if the above problems are solved

Bathrooms full of pink mould and offensive odours could only use 1 out of the 4. Pool lights werent operating which was a let down.

Very beautifull house modern design in a quiet place in the city center. Amazing place to stay and lovely staff. 4 larges bedrooms with 4 bathroom. We enjoyed a lot with the swimming pool and the snooker. Will come back next time will stay at Pattaya
