Was clean and comfortable. There was everything what you can need. Very good place for traveling with children. Very good located.

The sleeping coach in the living room was not big enough for two men. So I rented an apartment for five persons, but only got beds for four persons. I had to sleep on the floor.

Far from the city. Not suitable for tourists. Very small. Poor breakfast.

Misunderstanding about keys and parkings before arrival

Close to railway station - we had a flight change in Krakow. Small, but cozy apartment.

Our flight was delayed. So we came to the apartment after 11 pm. We didn’t expect that staff will be waiting for our arrival. The keys were at the security office of the building complex. But we could not find that dark office among the dark buildings of the complex. So we made a phone call and wanted to define the location of that office. No one answered. We called twice - no answer, no support, no help. I was alone with my little son, with 3 big luggage. Finally after 15 min of searching we’ve found that office. But absence of support from the hotel stuff disappointed me much.

Very complicated parking. Places around the location that offer parking are cash only. The host did not have any parking spaces available at the time of our arrival. We used public parking spaces, but they are located ~1km away from the house.

The location was great . The staff were helpful 🙂

Maybe soap would be great, just shampoo was provided.

Bed should be better. It little bit complicated check in as reception is on one place and apartment, depend which one you get, on other place

The lady we met at the reception was very nice and helpful. Apartment was clean and modern. Underground parking and elevator are available. We walked in the city centre for about 15 or 20min.

Mattress was a bit weird, too soft.

It is a fair walk from Stare Miasto (about 20/25 minute walk to the clock tower).

it was clean and spacious. very nice finish and lots of equipment.

the bedding didn’t have any covers. the sofa bed is small and uncomfortable. it wasn’t the best location, although a short Uber ride. the staff didn’t answer questions about breakfast when I sent a message. I later found information, however there wasn’t anyone around to ask questions.

Amazing apartment, very spacious. Bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen as well as a balcony and lots of storage space! The bed was very comfortable and there was a washing machine, fridge, dishwasher and cooker. All very secure and felt safe leaving my things when we went out.

lovely apartment building. The apartment itself was kitted out well. just a short walk to the station and into town. Very clean and comfortable.

Little to no street lighting around the blocks, as others have said very difficult to find in the dark, nothing is lit up.

Apartament was nice.. Everything was clean and there were enough towels.

Bed was bit uncomfortable for us.

A very comfortable apartment equiped with everything necessary. A nice balcony. A quite place, very good for staying with children.
