Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Es war sauber und man hatte alles was man braucht. Ein Bäcker und ein Kiosk sind um die Ecke. Und ein Parkplatz war gut zu finden.
Es war relativ hellhörig. Hier und da sind einige Macken die ausgebessert werden könnten.

Location is good
On the very day of my trip, the apartment manager called to informed me for the cancellation of my earlier paid reservation for reason best known to him. But i struggled and got my right. Any way, on getting there, the bathroom was not in other, water splashed so much on the floor when using the bath because there was no demarcation in between. Hand shower was also leaking water. Floors of the rooms were dusty.

no bath curtain/screen in one of the appartement.
sloppy structural repairs. such as a missing part of the top wall in the bathroom, some useless valves at random places.

I liked everything about this apartment, it was clean and Aircon was in everything room . Beds was clean and towels are included and was fresh and clean.
The parking was a bit hard to find, we arrived late night and hardly found an spot to park.

It was really not easy to collect the keys or to reach our host.

pick up the keys, we arranged at 6, even we arrived earlier we had to wait more than 30 minutes

Very close to Gelsenkirchen (concert at Circus Probst). Flat cleaned by staff (before and after our stay). Free parking.
Beds were too soft but the couch was okay to sleep on. If you're very tall, you have to crouch a little to take a shower. Some surfaces (in the cupboard for example) could have been a little cleaner.

It was near to my Workplace.
It was dusty, not clean and smelly. My wife had spent 2 days to clean it. Rooms are small. Beds were not good. Back door was daily opened and allot of persons are setting there and drinking alcohol, smoking und speaking laud. It was bad experience for us. I could not leave it, as I would like to do that from frist day. I have paid for 30 days in advance, that was my fault. I did not expacted that, it does not look like what was in the fohots. I will never book this Aprtment agian, as I will not book an nonrefundable Apartment.
