Very nice

Food is warm and better than any other place around here..(amigo has bad food but good cofee) , toiletries, coffee facility and wifi. Room is bigger than the pictures. Inteirior is lovely. wiffi is fast only when there is electricity..many power outages.

Did not like the extremely slow service of staff. My special requests were ignored completely. I had asked to saty till 8pm while booking but they had already given the room to someone else and were wanting us to vacate by 10:00 am which is before their check out time. I had called the delhi office who were even more unhelpful and requested I write an email. How am I supposed to write an email with no network nor electricity for wifi? The floorborads were broken but hidden. The curtain was not approrite size, one can easily see inside the room. As a woman, this is not very safe. I asked for water to drink in the morning and make myself some cofee, It came almost 3 hours later. Why is the room service so slow? Intitally they were very helpuful but they only are kind to those who are staying longer not those who are about to end their stay. I was given another smaller room to keep my luggage but my special request was completely ignored as the employee only read it on the day of the checkout. The bedsheets were drity and had food stains on them indicting that they had not been washed. Our fiirst day was alright then the second day became hectic. My partener was given a number to call if we needed any help but when calling the number the man was deliberately ignoring our calls until I went and personally spoke to them. Due to poor network, while they were forcing us out of our room, They were speaking on the phone...I said I cannot hear you, please come speak to me face to face. Nobody came. Once again I was forced to go to the office and speak to them. What is this behavior? It was bitter sweet but if they are going to charge so much then I'd book a room at Lalit or many of the lodges available around here. The staff had made a mistake by ignoring the special request and did compensate to it, for which I am gratetful. Else the conclusion is, why pay so much for an average experience? Use an app to book cab service. It costs 9-10k just to get back to Delhi.

The duplex apartment is a run down apartment. With bathroom door made of alluminium . Very low quality materials used . View from balcony is of slums . Wi fi was not working . Staff was good and food was decent . But room was of very bad standard. They should stop selling this room to tourists . Feel cheated . Even floor was sticky and bathroom smelled . The bathroom door does not shut . Overall a bad experience
