At least they provide toliet paper and towel.
I can tolerate many things, but the thing I can't tolerate the most is that the toilet is freaking clogged, no matter how many times I flush the toilet, the poop is still there, I rather go to public toilet. By the way, my family complained that the room is dirty and the price is no matched. PS : No Netflix...

Location of the stay.
Toilet, couch and pool.
Toilet - yellowish stains both toilet bowls
Couch- After sitted for awhile whole body itched.
Pool - Dirty no proper maintenance, used mask on the pool

Nothing at all, these are run down neglected dilapidated set of apartments with self check-in. There was bed bug infestation, spiders and geckos in this apartment. See crawling bed bugs pics .Result was we need to move out to another hotel immediately because of bed bug bites to kids. Stay well well away from this property, the rating on booking.com is a deception, dont get tricked into this. I would not stay at this place even if I am paid a million dollars to stay.

Location
The overall condition. It’s like a deserted apartment with poor maintenance and hardly see people around. Wifi is barely working and my son is bitten by bed bugs. He ended up sleeping on the floor as he saw the bugs and refused to sleep on the bed after. The water heater gave out loud noises when it’s on. On our last night, the bedroom was flooded with water after overnight raining. No extra towels to use when it got all wet as we hanged all our towels for drying at the balcony. Ended up with no warm clothings for our onward trip to Genting as the whole luggage got wet with water seeping through. Luckily our passports and camera are spared. It’s a frustrating experience as it has added much inconvenience to our vacation.
