Le "Fish Inn" est une propriété funky, située sur 1,25 acres tentaculaire dans la belle Fort Myers, en Floride. L'atmosphère chaleureuse de cet endroit offre une pause dans l'agitation tout en conservant l'emplacement central et pratique que tout le monde désire. Cette propriété est idéalement située à quelques minutes des plages de sable blanc et de l'océan rafraîchissant qui rendent le sud-ouest de la Floride si relaxant (à moins de 8 km de Fort Myers Beach et de l'île de Sanibel!). La maison offre 2 chambres spacieuses, une Master avec un lit Queen et une deuxième chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux. Les deux chambres ont un grand espace de rangement avec des placards attachés. Le salon principal est un espace ouvert parfait pour se détendre ou se divertir! De nouveaux meubles sur le thème de la plage sont là pour rendre votre séjour confortable et accueillant! Il existe un VRAI Wi-Fi haut débit (Internet) pour diffuser des vidéos ou travailler, ainsi qu'un grand centre de télévision / divertissement de 55 pieds. La zone principale offre également une table à manger formelle idéale pour des déjeuners rapides ou des repas faits maison complets. Passez par les portes coulissantes en verre jusqu'à votre véranda privée pour manger en plein air, bronzer, griller, etc. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec de nouveaux appareils et tous les ustensiles imaginables sont disponibles pour rendre votre séjour parfait!

I booked Mary's place for some friends that came into town to celebrate my birthday. They loved their stay and Mary was so kind and helful throughout, even when they ended up having to stay more time than we originally booked. The property is so cool and what Mary has done with it is so impressive. Will definetly be using the Fish Inn again in the future, as we have lots of family from out of town! Thanks Mary!!

Mary, the owner who lives on site, was absolutely delightful! She is a kind, spiritual lady who accommodated anything we needed instantaneously. The unit we stayed in was a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. There were beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and beach towels available. Close proximity to beaches, shopping and Sanibel Island was a plus. Definitely recommended to people wanting a clean, comfortable, convenient option while in Southwest Florida for a reasonable price.

Relaxing Property
Enjoyed my stay! Appreciated being close to shopping and the beach. Quiet location in an "old Florida" neighborhood instead of dealing with the big-box traffic congestion found elsewhere in Ft. Myers. Thanks, Mary!

We stayed at the fish inn for a month and it was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean and well equipped with all the things you needed. The owner was friendly, knowledgeable of the area and lived near by so she was very accessible if needed. Unit even has a back porch with a table, chairs and lounge chair. Location is great, super close to everything but still quiet and private.

Mary took great care of my boys while they were in town for a baseball tournament. She responded promptly, was nearby if they needed anything, and the property was perfect for them. We will definitely stay there again if we are in that area.

The place is cute and the space was good for our needs. We appreciated Mary meeting us upon our arrival. We liked the location - it was an easy drive to the beach and to the school, and it was quiet and comfortable. The close-access parking was very handy. We did utilize the on-site washer and dryer across the parking lot.

Really enjoyed our stay at one of Mary’s units. It was clean and well appointed for a beach getaway. Mary communicated well from the moment we booked and made herself available at any time with questions about local activities and places to go. The location is very close to the causeway to Sanibel Island and Fort Meyers beach. Thank you for your hospitality Mary at the Fish Inn.

The location is ok, no restaurants close by you have drive no other way. It was a very bad surprise when the land lord told me that the closer on the master bedroom I could not use it because she has a huge giant vault that belong to her family…and I have to use only the one on the space room where the two twin beds were…🤬I mean really??? For my inconvenience I did unpack what’s the point ridiculous… in my case I was by myself and my dog but if you rent it with your family of 4 ..😔forget about it, everyone after shower has to share closet again ridiculous. One more thing I told the owner she needs pets control and almost forgot , the washer and dryer are located at the back inside another apartment where a couple lives there, this is in their living… I mean I felt so bad , doing laundry after coming from the beach late 🥲 just so inconvenient, the couple was nice but for me I felt horrible. This is my experience.

We couldn't have been any happier with our stay at the Fish Inn. Our cottage was modern, spotless, smelled wonderful and had everything we needed while there! Mary was as sweet as can be and a wonderful host! Her son Christian was wonderful as well and so creative! We can't wait to come back in the very near future!

We had a great experience the property manager was so attentive we loved her the house was super clean location was 7 mins from fort Myers beach it is definitely a diamond in the rough if your looking for a great spot but not with the congestion that comes along with staying right in fort Myers and great owner then this is the spot

Not many amenities (pool, etc.) but if you're looking for a quiet place close to everything with comfy beds and cool AC, this is your place. We will be back for sure.

Perfect vacation getaway
We could not have asked for a better arrangement, with a separate bedroom for our teenage daughter. Mary was in contact with us before we checked in, met us on the property, and was responsive when we made contact. Location was quiet, with convenient access to cafes, groceries, and the beach. Will definitely stay with Mary again!

HAS THE BASICS
Well, it's not the "Ritz". But it's got the basics covered, it's roomy, and it has a friendly, attentive owner who is trying to please her guests. If you tell her what you need or what needs to be done then she does her best to comply. We found the location to be central enough for the activities we did. Not far from golf courses, beaches, shopping and Sanibel Island, we found it fulfilled our needs. It is not in itself a "resort-like" atmosphere, but I'm sure that similar accommodations in such an area would cost more. We had a nice time on our trip and left the owner with a list of things we thought would help the experience for future guests. We have confidence Mary will act upon most of these suggestions.

This is a great place to stay! It is very clean, quiet and close to restaurants and a 10 minute drive to the beach. They have beach supplies you can borrow. We didn’t use them as we were just shopping and dining. The property manager is very nice! Loved it!

My husband and I and our little dog Alice very much enjoyed our stay in the Wahoo cottage at the Fish Inn. Each cottage is named after a species of fish, there's a large painting of the fish on the front of the cottage. Our cottage had all the comforts of home. There are 2 good sized bedrooms with plenty of closet space and lots of hangers! The bathroom is nice as well. There is a comfortable living room and dining area and a nice sized kitchen area with full sized newer appliances. And it's very clean. The Fish Inn is conveniently located to many restaurants, shopping and a short drive to the beach. Close to the major highways but not so close that any traffic noise would be a problem. Mary and her son Christian are very welcoming. Their first priority is to make their guests comfortable.
