Intérieur / extérieur Californie vivant à son meilleur. Calme, serein quartier près de tout, niché juste en dessous des sentiers de Griffith Park, les ruisseaux, Zoo, les chevaux, le golf et des courts de tennis.

I stayed a little over two months at this property for a work trip, and it was perfect for my needs. The location was great--in walking distance to groceries, shops, and restaurants. I am a runner, so it was also very convenient to Griffith Park and other trails. The garden was beautiful, the kitchen was well-equipped, the place was spotless, and it started to feel like home. There was always parking available, and it was a quiet neighborhood, all of which was great. Communication with the owner was very easy. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything is close by. Many stores and restaurants in walking distance. Took daily walks around the lovely neighborhood. I sincerely hope I have the opportunity to stay here again.

A Rare Gem in LA!

Charming, comfortable, and convenient
The place is well-laid out and very well-equipped as well as spotlessly clean. The plantings around the house are beautiful and the lighting at night is atmospheric. The location is quiet, yet in easy walking distance of grocery stores, drugstore, and restaurants. We loved staying there!

Unit is extremely well equipped and furnished. All appliances were like new and the kitchen and dining area were perfect for making great meals at home. There are many restaurant and grocery options within a short walk. Neighborhood was really quiet and nice. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Well equipped comfotable lovely property in great location in Silverlake. Within walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, a very short drive to Sunset.

The living/dining area is roomy, with a dining table that will seat 6-8 people and a comfortable living room area with a tv and good seating.
The kitchen is well stocked with nice cookware and it has new appliances.

There is a patio out front of the apartment, surrounded by a cactus/succulent garden that we enjoy--a nice place to sit with a cup of coffee!
The street is relatively quiet and it appears to us that it is mainly residential. We are always able to find a parking space very close to the apartment, often right in front of it.

The Perfect Place for Us
Lake View is the perfect place for our stay when visiting LA. We have stayed there several times. It is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, convenient and well-equipped. It's a great setting in which to spend time and is beginning to feel like a home away from home.

Beautiful and comfortable
We enjoyed everything about our stay in this lovely and perfectly equipped house. The owners had provided absolutely everything one needed, and the place was spotless. The property had very beautiful landscaping and it was delightful to sit on the terrace and look out over the Rowena Reservoir. It was a short walk to stores as well. We hope to stay again.
