Lovely large comfortable flat near the centre of Ilfracombe. Well furnished and warm with great see views. Big utility romm is great for storing/drying walking kit.

Bit of a steep ramp to get into the car park, but got used to it quickly.

Excellent location. Contemporary furnishings. Good equipment.

General maintenance let it down eg several lightbulbs not replaced in both lounge and ensuite. One window needed fixing and generally the windows were not as well cleaned/maintained as we would expect which was disappointing, particularly when the apartment had a panoramic view.

Lovely sea views. Very well equipped and lots of nice extra touches like milk in the fridge and a bottle of wine.

Would be nice to have comfortable chairs by window to be able to enjoy sea views in more comfort.

Fantastic views, lovely accommodation, great location.
