In winter especially in this weather no hot water is available for the shower.

Staf is very irresponsible we include breakfast but they not add and ask to pay for breakfast toilet is very dirty even flush is not working properly

Very dirty place no towels were given and condoms found in shower when went to check Inn there was no electricity the room wasn't clean at all ..guy at reception didn't have clue what he was doing one of the worst hotels I've ever found in pakistan

There attitude towards costumer, even hotel management was charging water bottles. Not providing welcome tea, even glass of water

The room was affordable and the hotel was at a good location, the service was also good.
The bed sheets and quilt were not clean. This needs to improve. Cleanliness and hygiene should be a priority.

The hotel staff is quite cooperative and also the location is very comfortable no sound of rush and horns.
Also the room service staff is very active they act in good and manner able way.
The condition of room is very good all the basic facilities are available in the room and room is very comfortable and clean.
I saw that they offered breakfast include but that didn't.

Great service! Comfortable and clean room.
We come here lots of time, we always enjoyed our holidays. Atmosphere is very good, breakfast is scrumptious, very clean, quiet atmosphere.
They improve a lot after management changed. Staff is very friendly, efficient and helpful. Food is good and delicious. Best hotel. I will definetely come back with friends and family and I would highly recommend this hotel.
