Everything was what I expected, very clean and crisp. Within walking distance of everything we needed and very quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. We would recommend the place and would happily stay there again. As I know El Médano quite well I didn’t need to contact the owners with any questions.

Conditioners in each bedroom, excellent terrace, convenient garage, apartment very very close to the beach.
No particular things. Except that maybe a better kitchen knife could be on hand in the kitchen for food preparation.

Ok, let’s state the positives first:
very good location, minutes from beach, restaurants, supermarkets; very spacious roof terrace but it is surrounded by taller buildings; bathroom has a very good shower and was very clean; the washing machine was new as far as we could see and had the quick wash (30 minutes) which is great when you are travelling.
Maria provided us with two sets of keys to the house which was very helpful.
Anyone renting the property should be aware that the main bedroom has no external window, and the second bedroom doubles as a kind of living room. It also has no external window. There is air conditioning in both of these rooms.
The kitchen and bathroom have windows to the area outside where you can park a car securely.
There was a marked use of synthetic air fresheners around the house.
If you have children with you, the roof terrace requires adult supervision at all times as the roof over the garage space is Perspex as far as we could see.
The front and side walls of the roof terrace have a fence fitted on top of them.

Perfect location, friendly neighborhood great layout suited our use.

Roof terrace is an absolute sun trap.
Only feedback would be...(and it is minor) a better choice of pillow 😜🙏

Location great, excellent space on roof terrace - maybe not for kids though? Powerful shower. Well equipped kitchen.
Personal preference but found the bed not the most comfortable.
The second bedroom / living room was a bit odd and didn’t really work as either.

lovely terrace that got the sun all day, location 2 min walk to shops and beach
second bed/ lounge a bit functional. Terrace furniture a bit uncomfortable.

No windows to the outside, except two skylights. The terrace was not safe for the children. Cabinets and drawers did smell.

Great big terrace, but it depends what time is it, so you could sunbathe. If you sunbathe alone, then maybe you can find sunny spots in terrace all day. Great spacious garage. Also you can walk in straight from the street (no stairs) and the whole apartment reminds a small house :) Terrace is on the second floor. Apartment owner was really friendly and helpful. Ordered me taxi to airport and it really was waiting me on time behind the door.
Would be great if there would be instructions how to turn some tv channels in english (after a while I found the way). Also oil, salt, pepper would be great in the kitchen.
