Very close to the train station, right in the center, cute small balcony to the Main Street (area perdonale), small supermarket right next to it. Easy to talk to the owner and had a Bialetti coffee maker in the kitchen
Mold on the walls and ceilings (probably due to the sea), clothes were damp, in the mornings it can get loud from the outside due to delivery traffic

Location is excellent, 3 minute walk from the train station.
The pull out sofa bed is not the most comfortable as a bed or as a couch however it was fine for the 2 nights we were there.

Fantastic location!
And our favourite out of the 5 villages.
The location couldn’t be better, above shops, bars and cafes however the double glazing blocked out most of the noise on the evening.
It was a real home from home, equipped to make meals as well as other facilities such as a hairdryer, umbrellas etc.
The separate bedroom/bathroom/living could be tricky for some. However we managed this well given the excellent location and facilities on offer.

The location was very good, clean apartment, fully equipped with everything one needs.
When you go into the apartment, it has 3 doors, one to a sitting area/sofa bed kitchen, the middle one was locked, the third to the right, had a bathroom an bunkbeds-very tight space. It was not clear to us that we were only renting the kitchen area and bunkbed area. So the person staying on the sofa bed/kitchen area has no access to the bathroom at night, unless the door to the bunkbed is unlocked. The second night we were there, other people arrived to the middle door/apmt - where, by looking at the pictures there is a double bed kitchen/bathroom/sitting area. Having strangers in the third apartment was uncomfortable and we didn't feel safe leaving the door unlocked at night to use the bathroom. So my husband and I had to sleep in the bunkbed/bathroom room. Very uncomfortable, every time one of us moved the entire bed moved. It had a humid feel, no window. I just re-read our booking confirmation, it was not immediately clear that we were renting only the two rooms and not the entire place, which is what I thought we were getting. This part, I feel, needs to be in bold letters to make sure people know what they are getting.

Self check in, very easy.
So close and manageable from train station even with heavy luggages. Super central location on main street leading down to the beach. Good space for a studio with extra linen, towels and toiletries. Good cupboard space. Functional kitchen with kitchen ware. Very clean. Good add on is balcony to view the happenings in the streets and the natural light from the windows brought in light and warmth.
Like most apartments in Cinque, its a walk up so make sure to request lowest floor if you have heavy luggages you can opt for stored luggage. Having said that, i had pretty heavy luggage at 20kg and managed. Walk ups are expected in flats in Cinque. This one was a breeze to get to from the main train station so it was fabulously located.

The split bedroom and bathroom, only opposite but the other apartment was occupied so not so private.

Great location and excellent host. He made sure we were comfortable. In addition, my luggage was stolen on the train, enroute to the location and the host contacted the pollice, escorted us to the police station and stayed with us the entire time. His kindness was so appreciated at this difficult time

OMG, this place was absolutely stunning. It is small but really well decorated. Also, it is right in the middle of town. But don't let that fool you, because with the double pane windows, you could not hear anything from outside. The A/C worked great as well. Such a beautiful and very well maintained apartment. Will def be trying to rebook this place when i come back to Cinque Terre.
There are really no negatives about this apartment. The hardest part was getting to and from with our luggage as Riomaggiore has some very steep hills/a lot of stairs, and since the apartment was in the middle of town, you could not drive in. But i guess that's part of the charm of Cinque Terre, so not necessarily a bad thing.

Located on the main pedestrian street with restaurants,cafes and stores. You can feel the vibes of this romantic village. It is busy during the day,but quiet after 9p.m.,so no worries. The apartment is clean and nice. There are parking spots available on request and for very fare price.
Our apartment shares the same hall with the other apartment. The hall is between the two rooms and is also the entrance for the other apartment. We were two families traveling together,so this was not a problem for us,but wouldn't be comfortable if there were strangers in the other apartment .
The inner room has no windows and is small, but OK for kids.
