Amazing location with superb views of the mountains, town and sea! Very clean.

The property is in a central location away from the busy streets and crowds. It was just a few stairs away from the busiest street in Taormina where you could find anything you needed.
We had a 2 bedroom apartment with one bathroom, a living room and a kitchenette. The best part was the private terrace outside. We had the most spectacular view overlooking the town towards Mount Etna. We spent several hours here in total taking in this breathtaking view. It was perfect for an aperitivo. In the beginning of May, it got a bit chilly towards the evening but it was manageable.
The host was super responsive and accommodating. He arranged some wine glasses for us upon request so thank you very much that! If you like to be away from the streets that get very busy and also enjoy uninterrupted views of Taormina, Naxos and Mt Etna, this is your place.

Posizione eccezionale in pieno centro comodo ad ogni punto di interesse, terrazzo meraviglioso con vista mozzafiato e vista da casa sull’Etna impagabile. Appartamento grande perfetto per accogliere un gruppo di 5 persone come noi, dotato di tutto l’essenziale. Comodo avere due bagni a disposizione. Fabio cordiale e disponibile.
Consiglieremo questa struttura a tutti e ci auguriamo di poter ritornare.
Gli unici punti da migliorare sono alcuni rumori che Di notte abbiamo sentito ripetutamente apparentemente di qualche ventola o della caldaia, non abbiamo capito di cosa si trattasse, disturba un po’ solo chi ha il sonno leggero altrimenti non c’è problema. Nella piccola stanza singola non c’è nemmeno una presa per poter caricare un cellulare.

Foarte bine situata in centrul vechi, tot confortul, bucatarie cu tot ce e nevoie, util si pentru familie cu copii.
Doar faptul ca trebuie sa mai urcam un etaj pentru dormitor si baie.

Naprosto fantastický výhled na Etnu z terasy apartmánu. Blízkost centra Taorminy. Funkční Wi-Fi zdarma, i při připojení více účastníků. Vybavená kuchyňka, pračka.

Great location , brilliant sun terrace and views
1. Inaccurate description of offer, what was included and available despite high price and previous reviews which we had thought would reflect quality and customer care.
2. A motor on the roof which clicked on and off all day and night, which was noisy
3. The host refused to assist and told me not to complain . I felt the advert was inaccurate, and the items we had seen included - fruit, cookies, and wine - for example, were not available.
4. Several sharp sloping ceilings and small space in main bedroom, and around cooker; several lights didn't work,
5. Poor TV reception (but we could listen in English to some channels)

Great location very close to gondola 🚠 to the beach and isola Bella, 2 minutes walk to Greek theatre and other must-see places. Apartment clean and despite the fact that it’s in the city inside was very silent and comfortable.

Luca was amazing and was very accommodating to us. He gave us many recommendations and they were all amazing. The place was clean and the parking was easy.
We got there at 3pm, got ready and went shopping. While we were out we were told that the water wasn’t working but should be back soon. That wasn’t the case. We didn’t have running water the entire stay. We couldn’t flush the toilet, brush our teeth, shower, or even wash hands. We were extremely uncomfortable. There were five of us girls, unable to get ready for a vacation we were so excited about.

It was just about 400 m from the Greek theater and perfectly located. There are a few steps to get there but worth it!

Great view and AC. Luca was very helpful with getting our luggage in and out of the pedestrian area. He also recommended a very yummy restaurant. The rooms were comfortable and well stocked.
I wish extra pillows were provided and the beds were softer.

It was spacious, clean and completely furnished with everything we could have needed. Luca was very gracious in his welcome and a font of knowledge about Taormina. Also the view from the balcony, when the weather cleared, was breathtaking.
The bedrooms were both upstairs and, while the master suite had its own bath, the person in the single bedroom had to go downstairs to use the other bath, if needed during the night. As an older person, it was not the best situation so I slept downstairs on the sofa bed, which was very comfortable!

There is something beyond expectation in travel. Amartia is exact place beyond expectations. When I was in Taormina with family, I decided to stay one day and found it in booking.com.
Nothing expected but everything is all fantastic. The organizer Luca, we met in the city. And he is an extreme nice guy and tried his best to provide all service.
Room clean with amazing view and cozy.
If you find this place, you are lucky.
It was the best experience in Sicily travel.

Lovely team, great spacious apartment although the layout is a bit strange. Heating worked well. Very comfy beds. Great location. Excellent restaurant recommendations from Luca. We used the valet parking option at €20 per day.

Beautifully furnished, great location, superb views.
The walls are paper thin and every conversation from any of the adjoining properties can be heard word for word. One side had a baby, and we knew every time the baby cried long before the parents got up to comfort it. The yapping dog was also unpleasant. We think this unit was probably a rental too so maybe other renters would be less disturbing.

The view from the balcony is unbelievable, you can see Etna and the bay while having breakfast❤️ The apartment had everything we needed, it was very spacious too. It’s located in a very quiet street, close to all attractions. Finally, special thanks to our host Luca, who gave us great tips to explore Taormina and the surroundings, was very flexible about our arrival and was always there to help us!

Lovely view and central to the main tourist areas, also not too far from the bus station. The living areas were attractive and comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were up steep stairs but
were cosy.
The kitchen equipment was a bit sparse, for example there was no kettle if you wanted to make a cup of tea. Unlike most apartments we have stayed in during our Italian trip, the apartment did not have basics such as oil and vinegar nor salt and pepper. The wifi upstairs didn't work very often and the washing machine didn't work at all. Luca tried to arrange a repair but it didn't happen during our stay.

The walls to the neighbouring room were really thin. You could hear them talk very loud. We had gas smell - the leak from before wasnt fixed. We paid for a balcony/terrace room but got regular room.
Its listed as 2 bedrooms but its 1 bedroom plus little spot near bathroom for another bed.

The location was ideal close to many restaurants and shops and cable car to access the beach
Luca the host was very helpful with suggesting places to visit and met us to check in even though was quite late
I can highly recommend this place and will happily go back
There were quite a lot of steps to negotiate but it is well worth it for the view. Without the steps there would be no view

Amazing location - close walk to the city centre without being directly in the heart where all the tourists were. Close walk to the cable cars that took us to the beach. View was incredible for morning espresso and evening wine. Best of all was the host Luca who answered our million questions and gave us great recommendations during our stay.

There are many stairs on the way
to apartment, but that is Taormina, if you want to staying in city
center, difficult to avoid. No air condition in the living room.

Very central, literally a few minutes walk from the Teatro and the town center
The apartment is well equipped and clean, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and all comforts including the washing machine which was very helpful to us
The staff is very friendly and gave us good directions on what to do / where to eat
There are lots of stairs to get to the property (and inside) - clearly you don’t get the nice view without stairs but I wish we didn’t have 3 heavy luggages!
