The villa was more than we expected, the description and pictures don't do it justice. Kreso was an amazing host and the villa well stocked when we arrived, couldn't have asked for more. The games room and gym were fully equipped, there were 3 bars and great outdoor cooking facilities. The garage was also fully kitted out with bikes, SUP, snorkels and all sorts of games. The villa was in a good location with a short walk to the supermarket, pizzeria and bakery. There were 3 beach bars in short walking distance and a walkway up the coast to the other Kastella's. The villa is ideally located halfway between Split and Trogir with easy access to both on '37' bus. Thank you very much Kreso for a wonderful holiday!

the attention to detail was far and beyond anything we expected. the villa was spotless and everything you could possibly want or need was provided. the host Kresimer organised us boat trips and even picked up it was my birthday and bought us homemade cake. Have absolutely nothing negative to say we all had an amazing week and would recomnend the villa to anyone

This was the best and most luxurious house we ever lived in! Everything was perfect and the owners were very helpful and friendly. A big plus was the bikes that could take us wherever we liked. Bike is a good transportationvehicle for different stores/beaches or places. Uber is also a good option when you want to take shorter outings to places nearby. The house has everything you need and more! We recommend it for everyone!!

Kreso, the owner, was great to deal with from start to finish. He answered many questions we had prior to our arrival and also during our stay. He sent us on recommendations for restaurants, places to go etc whilst there and also arranged car hire for us. His wife welcomed us personally on our arrival and showed us round the villa. They had left lots of extras such as wine, beer, fruit as well as ice-cream and sweets for the kids which was so welcome and a really lovely touch. We were a party of 14 - four families - grandparents, parents and grandchildren and every one of us was impressed with the apartments, the grounds, pool, outdoor dining, and the playground for the kids was fabulous. Loads of extras in the garage at the back of the house for both kids and adults to keep us all amused. The games room also kept the kids busy some evenings too. The situation of the villa is superb, within easy reach of the beach, marinas, access to boat trips to the islands and much more. It's 20-25 mins to the centre of Split and 15-20 mins to the Airport. Croatia is beautiful and Kreso and his family are excellent hosts.

We were 14 persons aged 6 to 49 who had a great vacation in this fantastic house. Our expectations were high after reading all previous reviews, but still everything from house, pool, outdoor kitchen area and host was better than expected. Wir (10 Personen) verlebten eine wundervolle Woche in der Villa. Alles, was man braucht war vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen und uns einen tollen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Der Standort ist für Ausflüge nach Trogir, Sibenik, Split, Krka Nationalpark hervorragend.

Wat een warm welkom! Super leuk en nog niet eerder meegemaakt. Het was schoon en werkelijk aan alles was gedacht. Heel erg fantastisch. Absolute aanrader en wij gaan zeker nog een keer terug!

The air con in the main living areas did provide enough cool air but this would have been an added bonus! The villa with swimming pool was even more beautiful in real life than on the pictures. Everything was clean and all devices worked perfectly. The owner was very easy to comminucate with and he did everything to give us the time of our lives. Massive thanks!

We rented this house for nine days in July and it was absolutely amazing! The owner of the house was also amazing, so friendly & helpful! He had stocked the fridge with beer, soft drinks and homemade lemonade & freezer with ice cream when we came! And all through our stay he kept in touch, helping us if we needed anything. We were 7 adults & 6 kids between age 3-14. Perfect size for that many people & each family had their own apartment with bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen & livingroom. We spent almost all time outside in the great big pool and ate all dinners outside on the large patio. There is an outside gas BBQ and a built in BBQ as well, so perfect for outdoor cooking. The playground area for the kids had a pirate ship, mini golf course (!), trampoline, pingpong table, swings etc. There is a wine cellar, gym & gaming room in the house as well! It took us about 5-7 min to walk to a small but nice beach. Some smaller grocery stores within walking distance and then some larger with car 5 min. We rented cars to get around some more, the small village the house is located in is not very touristy, but only takes 30 min to drive to Split & 25 min to Trogir- so location is good. Also only 15 min from airport. I would Highly recommend this house and we hope we will be back soon! The place is even better than the pictures :-)

The bedrooms are large and there is a bonus of a large gym and TV room with extra bathroom on the ground floor as well as a wine room! I’m often sceptical when photos of a place look as good as this but it truly is as good as it looks. The villa is modern, clean, very well equipped and has everything you need. It was perfect for our 3 families of 6 adults and 6 children with the property split into 3 separate mini apartments. Kreso the host was exceptionally helpful answering our queries prior to arrival, allowing us to check in early and being on hand at our arrival with fresh drinks and ice creams! The place is located in a quiet neighbourhood with small beach (stones like all Croatian beaches but clean and beautiful clear sea) and supermarkets in walking distance. It’s around a 15 minute / £15 Uber to the busier areas of Trogir (well worth a evening) and Split. There’s a couple of restaurant within walking distance but would recommend the taxi to Trogir for better dining although the villa has excellent self catering facilities. Our week flew by and Kreso was on hand by text for any queries. Thank you for a fantastic stay whilst on holiday for a friends wedding. Tip for other visitors... the Uber drivers often cancel on short journeys. If you message them offering to tip (only an extra 20 kunas/ £2.50) they usually accept, the rates are so cheap anyway it’s worth it.

I cannot recommend this’s villa enough. Upon arrival, the owner met us, gave us a tour and a well needed drink after our travels. The villa is beautiful, clean and perfect for a larger group of people as it is divided in to 3 apartments. It’s equipped with everything you need. However, what really makes this villa is the owner, we needed assistance on a couple of occasions and he went above and beyond to help. It’s situated about 1/2 hour from split and a short car journey takes you up to the mountain behind, with wonderful views. Also highly recommend visiting Trogir which is also just up the road. Beach is a 5 minute walk away. I highly recommend this property.

Central and Large enough for 3 families with lots of things on true property to keep the kids entertained

Everything about renting this property was a positive experience. The owner is super friendly and made such good preparations for us, with child chairs and strollers. He had stocked the freezer with ice cream and the house is fully packed with inflatable toys, PlayStation, garden toys and a playground - everything you need to travel with kids. We were five adults and four children (ages 1, 3, 6, 9) and we had a wonderful week. The pool area is beautiful and the outdoor is kitchen is where we prepared all our meals. The house has everything you need, it’s clean and perfect to travel to with kids. We rented cars and could easily travel to the many beaches. Thank you; we hope to return again.

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful villa with everything you could possibly think of … and more. The villa is a short easy drive from the airport and is in a good location if you want to visit Split and Trogir (both well worth a visit). The owner was extremely helpful and was waiting for us when we arrived and greeted us with beer, wine, soft drinks, fresh orange juice and cherries from his own garden. He then provided a quick guided tour and showed us how everything worked and asked if we had all we needed. No point - he had already thought of and provided everything… A very spacious villa, it was everything we had hoped for, given there were 10 of us which included two young children (aged 1 and 5). It was modern, clean, tastefully decorated and very well equipped to a high standard. The villa is on four levels with seven good size bedrooms and is split into 3 different apartment areas each bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining areas and their own TVs and good wi-fi. All spacious and very comfortable. The ground floor level has a play area, gym, sauna and separate wine room. All outstanding and useful on a sunny or rainy day or even for the odd games evening. The garden area is well kept and includes a play area for children that includes a trampoline and table tennis along with an outdoor but undercover dining area and a wood BBQ. The pool is large, heated and well maintained and there were inflatables for the pool, perfect for the young children. There is lots of seating and plenty of undercover space to relax and eat, with a fridge, sink and gas barbeque. The BBQ (yes, a second one) is great to use on an evening if you do not want to venture out. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by and the villa is about 5 minutes away from the sea with walks along the front. If you are after a peaceful time away, you could probably manage without a car. All in all, we had a great time (despite a lot of rainstorms) and we would highly recommend this villa to anyone. The villa and facilities are excellent, it is an absolutely outstanding place to stay.
