The reception staff were friendly and helpful. It's a great location, just off the high street, 5 minutes walk from the waterfront and has lots of close by restaurants and bars to choose from.
The breakfast area is small, cramped and disorganised with staff and guests continuously getting in the way of each other . The food choice was very limited, with the bread and rolls dry and hard every day and I suspect the oranges and apples were the rejects from the fresh fruit shop just down the road. Luckily there are plenty of good places to go nearby if you like a fresh breakfast.
The coffee machine is good.
Oh, and if you are a vegan, your options are very limited.

It was a great experience. The staff were very nice and helpful which was vastly appreciated. The room was amazing, absolutely conforta blew and clean. The break was great. The whole experience exceeded my expectation.

awesome hotel!
walls are too thin, so everything you say is very audible in other rooms, and some people were talking at night so it was hard to sleep, we called the reception and after that our neighbours were silent (at least for that night )

I asked for a proof of payment and had a member of staff arguing that I have received an invoice. Eventually received what I asked for.

it was close to everything
everything was almost perfect the only thing I did not like was the bathroom has no fan on the ceiling to blow out moisture from the bathroom when taking a shower .

Staff was very accommodating. Even though the room was technically for 2 adults maximum, they didn't make a fuss that we were a family of 4. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Staff were very helpful. The hotel location is fine, as it is just a short walk away from the restaurants and bars in the centre of town. Our room was a good size. The choice of food and drink for breakfast is good for this size hotel. On the day of our departure, we had an early start in order to catch our flight, but were still able to have a quick breakfast with hot coffee at 6am. Brilliant!
The breakfast area was very congested during peak times, with no real flow between the different areas. Often it was difficult to get a clean plate, cup and saucer, and then equally difficult to return to the food and drink dispensing areas. Followed by a squeeze past other customers to reach our table.

The location, cleanliness, breakfast was all 5 star with the most economical price. Plus the AC worked very well. Very simple accommodations, with nice staff, clean and safe.

Good position, room clean and big enough for a 3 star hotel, staff was responsive
Very poor breakfast, limited choice, almost no fresh fruit and sweet things like croissants ecc., medium/low quality every single day.
We ask for a partial refund as we lost our flight for a delay, said that they need to check with manager if possible...Still waiting for him to show up.
Overall is ok, just too expensive for what it offers(150€/night),

Lack of living room/ common space; breakfast in a tight room for so many people (yet I understand that renovation works are in progress and this may be circunstancial).
