New cozy apartments. Fully equipped and perfectly clear. Amazing hospitality. Everything was much better than expected. 5 minutes by car from Olbia. Next building - supermarket. Beach - 3 minutes walk.

Two double bedrooms two shower rooms/toilet Plenty of clothes space Air con very good and quiet Washing machine bonus all cooking facilities good Next door to only supermarket around the area Supermarket was reasonable priced Walking distance to two lovely beaches And around five beach restaurants :snack bars

When we arrived couple who look after property disagreed I’d booked two bedrooms and wanted to keep other double room locked with key then disagreed with price I’d reserved the two bedrooms with booking .com I am 53 and was with my son who is 28 they didn’t speak a word of English they had paperwork with them which clearly had written on it two bedroom apartment They then let us have the locked room and I don’t Know If she was angry or annoyed at our lack of Italian language I had a translater app on my phone to help they were ok afterwards but not a nice start to holiday with all the confusion were paid extra 50 euros for late Check out but they turned the air con off which was petty an inconvenient in the heat getting ready to go home otherwise besides this they were helpful when I asked for a hairdryer and a sweeping brush and even offered us a bottle of wine in last night which we kindly refused as don’t drink wine

Very close to a wonderful beach. The hosts were super polite and helpful. The apartment was clean, big enough for 2 people and fully equipped with all essentials. Maybe only the WiFi connection was a bit slow... But it worked. I would recommend a stay there.

We were informed about recyclation of waste 2 days after arrival. Info about recyclation would be helpful at the beginning/after arrival. Except of that everything went fine :-).
