Brand new facility, carefully designed. Quality of coffee, courtesy food and wine in the room was very well appreciated.

Great location. Comfy & quiet room. Good breakfast. Easy checkout. Nice touch having tea & coffee making facilities in room & pastel de natas on arrival. We would have loved to have had more time to make use if more facilities.

Concierge didnt have screwdriver for fixing glasses! Awful coffee.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable, could not sleep at all, window did not seal properly so highway noise was loud.

Sehr nah am Flughafen. Da es leider bei der Abreise geregnet hat war ich froh über den angebotenen Shuttleservice zum Flughafen. Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant waren sehr aufmerksam, das Essen war ganz gut.

Das Badezimmer war leider nicht so sauber wie ich es von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet hätte ( Spritzer an der Tür, gelblich verfärbte WC Brille, unangenehmer Geruch aus der Dusche).

I like the proximity to the airport. The shuttle is was a great added bonus. The room was very well laid out, big comfy bed. I ordered from the restaurant while I was staying, good food was served. The spa was a nice way to end my stay in Portugal.

There was some gossipy like behaviours I noticed from staff while walking thru the hotel, didn’t seem work related more or less like weekend plans. My rooms toilet constantly ran so it was kind of annoying to deal with while sleeping. Personally, to charge you guest to use the pools is a little much. Especially when the guest is already buying spa services and eating food within the hotel. Going for a simple swim shouldn’t cost €25 in my honest opinion.

Amazing! - only 5 min walk from the airport -very clean rooms and facilities -excellent and warm indoor swimming pool and whirlpool -beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in -room service dinner ordered was excellent -shower and toiletries were excellent quality

Did not have a chance to have breakfast as our flight was at 4am. There also was no dinner buffet.

The room was comfortable and cosy. Very pleasant amenities overall - a pleasant restaurant with a good food choice; the small bar also serves very good light meals. Breakfast, with a good selection of choices, is available very early to accommodate early flight departures - and there are frequent shuttles to the airport, which leave you close to an elevator. The rooms are well soundproofed. When staying for a few days, I always found it within an easy drive to the centre of Lisbon, and I’ve also enjoyed it being close to Parque das Nações.

Walking distance to Lisbon airport, plus shuttle bus runs every 15 mins. Very good breakfast is included. Clean & modern.

The walk way from the airport to the hotel was kind of hard to find. Needed to call the hotel.

The way the shower is positioned in the room No privacy from bed to bathroom area.. It wasn't to bad as I was with my husband but if you were sharing with a friend it wouldn't be great

Shortly after we got to our room, a staff member showed up with a welcome gift that was totally unexpected and very thoughtful. The room was nicely insulated from outside noise, the building was essentially across the street from the airport and noise was not an issue. We appreciated the shuttle to the airport in the morning.

We got to the hotel restaurant about 10-15 minutes before the dining room "opened". We thought we could sit at a table and look over the menu while we waited for service to start. We were told we could not sit down in the restaurant and told to wait in the lobby. A bit unfriendly we thought.

Last time had a room with great bathtub. This time no tub and was looking foreard to it after long flight. Room booked was same - would be great if they gave you option at either booking in check-in. Photo of pool is misleading- road to airport beside it, so not exactly quiet or relaxing
