loved our stay here! the family was so lovely and the property is super close to everything you’d want to do in Kochi, highly recommend!

No mosquitoes! Netting on all windows incl the bathroom so could sleep with windows open at night just using the ceiling fan. A/C also very effective. Landlady very welcoming and responsive. Gave us cold water so we didn’t need to buy plastic bottles. ( Too much plastic in the world!) Exceptionally clean. Amazing restaurant Spice Root nearby- delicious and reasonable prices. This homestay was excellent value for money. Very happy!

The homestay is ideally located not too far from a bus station, near the main tourists attractions, and in a very quiet area. The room was very clean and comfortable. The host was incredible nice, welcoming and arranging. It’s a very good accommodation for the value.

The shower can be a bit cold but the hot weather makes it ok.

in a quiet locality away from the crowds. absolutely lovely place with a beautiful garden. the owner was very kind and considerate. made me feel comfortable. right from the time of booking she communicated well and responded quickly to all my queries.

The approach road is narrow and not very accessible

I had reached about 930pm. The owner Sharon had sent me the location map. But the house was in a small lane and I couldn't locate it. But luckily a gentleman from the neighborhood had asked me to walk into the small lane. The facility had a small room with two beds and air-conditioned with an attached bath. It was very clean. There was a small reception area leading to the room. Next day I was hoping to borrow the cycle Sharon had promised. But cycle had a flat tyre. But she promised me to get another cycle. I went to the beach close by, under 10 minutes walk. Sharon sent me a contact where I could rent a cycle. My day was made. I spent the day cycling around. Came into my room and switched on the AC and relaxed. Just a two minutes walk away there was a biriyani place where I had lunch and came to my room and relaxed. Next day I checked out early. Sharon surprised me with a bf of steamed nendram banana, boiled egg, biscuits and coffee.Energised I got out for the jetty and took a boat carrying great memory of my solo sojourn.

Great location, a short walking distance to most of the attractions. Plenty of small shops and restaurants nearby. The room is spacious, clean, and the facilities are in good condition. The owner was very kind and even allowed to check in early in the morning. Overall, great value for money, recommended for anyone staying in Kochi.

The place may be a bit hard to find, it's on a side alley, but that's not really a problem, just ask in advance if you're not sure.

Location was very cool and calm. I really enjoyed my stay and the behavior of the staff and owner was so overwhelming. They helped me in going and finding out places and also they helped me by dropping off to the railway station and it was so much helpful to me. I really appreciate the kind of hospitality and overall I was very happy with my stay. kudos to the team.

Nice clean room and the host Mr David was very sweet & helpful. We were also treated to some home meals cooked by Mrs Sharon which were really delicious. The place is also situated close to the Mattanchery Palace & the beach. Must-visit!

We liked everything about the property. The location , ambience , garden , cleanliness and most importantly our host David . David guided us to all the streets of cochin and history of it. Totally it was great experience.
