The apartment was very clean when we got there. On-site manager was very helpful with everything. It was a very welcoming apartment and it had everything we needed for our stay.

We loved our stay at Miller’s apartment. It was a short walk to The Sunset House for breakfast and dinner. We also enjoyed our walks to Smith Cove. There were 2 beach chairs available for our use and were just perfect for our day at Smith’s cove. I would recommend staying here and would stay here again!

Quiet space with a private entrance near to gas station, fast food and local restaurants, walkable to beach, not far from downtown, safe, quiet community. Owners stay in communication and provide basic conveniences - toiletries, refrigerator with ice, utensils, hot plate, full ironing board and iron, hangers, sofa and chase, mini dining table etc

I was very pleased with everything

At first glance the property looked nice except for the Crowing roosters. After accessing the property we found The bathroom in a common hallway with another apartment, cheap unsecure lock on apartment door that could be open with a paper clip, no safe to safeguard valuables, Bathroom lights not working constantly blowing circuit breaker, bathroom sink backed up immediately, noisy wobbly paddle fan, dirty bedsheets with all little cotton balls matted up on them, does not have any television channels, so you cannot watch television, toilet completely loose on floor allowing it to swivel side to side like an amusement ride. After contacting the owner at least six times complaining about the conditions and sending him pictures and videos to document the conditions, he agreed to give us a FULL refund. That never happened, the refund we received was far short of a full refund. It was such a bad experience that we decided to leave the property early the next morning and check into a hotel. My advice to anyone reading this, is to stay as far away from this place as possible. Unfortunately, the pictures don’t expose all of the defects in this property. It’s unfortunate that this review does not allow me to post the pictures and videos that I have showing the actual conditions. Also, I forgot to mention that we had to prop the handle of our suitcase onto the apartment door handle to somewhat feel secure in that apartment.

Blair's place was very quaint and comfortable! The private entrance is very convenient, and access to your own full bathroom. Located in a safe neighborhood, easy walk to George Town and beach. Which was the main reason for selecting this place, the quick walking access to the beach. Our host ensured that the rental had everything we needed such as towels, beach towels, kitchen amenities, well sized refrigerator, and a/c! We were grateful, that our host could accommodate an early check-in. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, quick access to the beach and walk-ability to downtown, plus a souvenir shop (Pure Art Gallery & Gifts) near the corner. We'd stay here again!!

Perfect accomodation for a great value! Short version: very clean, very private, safe location, walkable to a cute public beach and a great bar/restaurant. Wonderful accomodation. TL:DR - This place is an amazing value in a great location. It's outside of the cruise traffic but still close. I rented a car and went all over the place. The room is great, lots of space. Comfortable bed with a seating area and TV. Kitchenette has a small oven/burner situation that made a lovely meal! Fridge, utensils, plates, and basic cooking equipment provided. Bathroom is spacious, shower stays warm. Neighborhood is very safe. I walked around a ton and never worried (as a solo female traveler). The best part for me though was the communication with the host. They were super quick with responses, and every single recommendation they made that I tried was on point. There is also a helpful info sheet in the room and all of those are on point too. I walked to Smith Bracadare almost every day, great little public beach with awesome snorkeling. Thank you to the host for a really wonderful stay!

The owner mr.Blair was amazing. He helped for everything. He waited me at front of his house when I just have arrived by plane at 9.30 PM. He gave me a ride to Capitain Marvin Office, si a save money to take a tour a Stingray City (fantastic experience). He gave a lot of tips about what to do in the Island. And finally He gave a ride to The airport as well. And a save time and money. Mr Blair is a nice person and hos hpuse is beautifull and next to The beach. I m very gratefull for everything Thanks again

I had a wonderful stay. The studio apartment is cozy, clean and has everything you need. The location is in a quiet neighborhood in South Sound, five minute walk to a beach, cute local shop, restaurants to watch the sunset and a playground. The host was kind, responsive and very accommodating after my return flight got canceled. I would definitely return in future.

Everything was a described. The only thing that i was really disappointed in was the directions for check in. There was no address. The PDF sent over was very vague and i was unable to open it. We ended up calling when we were in the neighborhood and he came out to greet us. Luckily it wasn't too late. I'd just get a pin before checking in. Great place. Nice studio, spacious, well equipped, clean. With a little more attention to detail it would be amazing ( like some hooks for wet towels & bathing suits). Close to Smith's beach and Georgetown. Quiet neighborhood ( except for the roosters, but...)

A very pleasant studio apartment. A good location walking distance to a nice little beach and restaurant. A great value compared to hotels in the area. The hosts were very pleasant. If we ever came back we would definitely stay there again.

This studio is a in a perfect location for getting to a great dive site and to George Town. Very clean, comfy beds, nice kitchen with a lot of refrigerator space, large bathroom. Owners very good to work with, nice quiet location.

We sought the waters around Grand Cayman and this was a great place to crash. Easy parking, great drives to the great spots for access to the Cayman coasts. The simple kitchen proved sufficient for several meals.

This property is perfect for a couple looking to be outside of SMB/cruise ship chaos, but close proximity to a great beach (Smith’s Cove), to several good restaurants, local art gallery (Pure Art), and only a few minutes drive north to Georgetown. The apt is very spacious, clean, bright, and modern with a kitchenette equipped with everything you could want! Communication with hosts was outstanding!! Prompt responses to every question with guidance on restaurants as requested. No ridiculous rules. In fact, overly generous in allowing us to stay over checkout time until we needed to leave for the airport due to no guests arriving right after us. We really enjoyed our 5-night stay and would certainly close this property again!

Great place!

Our stay at Blair’s while on Grand Cayman was just perfect. The space is just as advertised. Walking distance to great restaurants if you want to skip the driving. Blair went above and beyond to make it special for my husband’s 50th which was the reason for the trip. He also provided some great suggestions on things not to miss. Great way to avoid the high resort pricing.

This house was amazing. The location was perfect close to shopping food and the home also had a small kitchen to allow cooking small meals. I had no complaints and am looking forward to returning .

What a great experience! Blair's place was clean and comfortable. It matched the description and pictures perfectly and included enough to truly feel like home for the week I spent there. It's in a great location - easily accessible to Georgetown, gorgeous beaches, and dive shops, but it's on a quiet street so getting to sleep after a day of exploring was never a problem! Blair was a great host, incredibly communicative and quick to respond. I would happily recommend Blair's place to anyone, and hope I'm able to stay there again soon!

Lovely space with everything we needed in a great location! Excellent hosts that dealt well with some issues we had with the wifi. A car is definitely recommended though to help you get around the island.

We love the location of this property. It is in a quiet neighborhood, away from the crowds. Near Smiths Cove and Sunset House for great snorkeling but away again away from crowds. Host was friendly and quick to respond to questions. Apartment had everything we needed regarding space, kitchen, parking.

Private location in beautiful neighborhood. Parking a few steps away. Just across from the ocean. A few blocks from Sunset House, which is a beautiful palapa type restaurant next to a diving center. Everything we wanted.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. The owners were very welcoming and communication was easy. It was a pleasant surprise to be welcomed with a 6-pack of beer after a long day of delayed flights! The apartment itself is very clean and well-equipped with private entry. The location is simply outstanding. It is a 5-minute walk from Smith's Barcadere; among the best snorkeling spots on the island. It is also only 2 km from George Town. The area is also very safe. If there is any downside at all, it is that you're likely to be awakened earlier than you would like by roosters crowing! :-( However, this is certainly not unique to the property itself as there appear to be thousands of stray roosters and hens all over the island. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we cannot recommend the apartment and the owners more enthusiastically.
