The host was very responsive and guided us to the place and helped us find the parking. The house is on a big plaza, lots of parking around and many facilities. From there, it is very easy to get around the city. The house has everything you need and was very clean. Absolutely good value for money!
The decorations are a bit too much, but this might be my taste.

Very nice apartment, owners very lovely and helpful, nice kitchen
There is no really private parking near the apartment. There is public parking near but need to pay, free public parking is 200m but small and no free place all the time.
Extra bed, besides 2 double bed is not comfortable.

The host Veronica is super friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a bterr experience. The appartment is very central.

The location is exceptional. Just a few steps, you are connected to the Centro Storico. The place is in a building with some offices and it has also a lift. Domenico is very enganging.

perfect location, very good room and stay options, super friendly host to ask any question and get very supportive suggestion. parking option in very very close nearby in public space in which the host take you spot before arrival.

Nice and convenient apartment, close to the train station and the elevator that brings you at the top of Spoleto. To explore the city, you only have to go down, back to the apartment.
Friendly hostess, who gives lots of information and brings coffee, although breakfast is not included.
