Cette unité ne fait pas face à l'océan, mais n'est qu'à quelques pas de la plage. Les clients séjournant à Ocean One 504 bénéficient d'une vue sur le paysage et n'auront pas à traverser une rue pour rejoindre l'océan Atlantique et ses plages de sable blanc. Condo côté océan au 5ème étage pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. King en BR1, deux reines en BR2 et un canapé-lit de salon. Après des heures de surf, les vacanciers se rincent sous la douche extérieure située sur la plage privée du complexe, puis se baignent dans la piscine en bord de mer. Ocean One a ajouté une toute nouvelle zone de grillades au complexe juste au-delà de la piscine. Ocean One est un ascenseur de cinq étages situé à South Forest Beach. Parmi les commodités offertes dans toute l'île Hilton Head, Ocean One se trouve à un pâté de maisons du marché de la plage de Coligny, un centre-ville pittoresque qui offre à ses clients une large sélection de restaurants, de boutiques et de divertissements pour tous les âges.

This was just one of 3 units we rented in the property for a family vacation of 15. This unit was more updated than the other units. My only wish for this one was a ceiling fan or at least a portable fan. It’s a 5th floor unit and the balcony faces the parking lot, but the price reflected that. The Beach and pool were awesome!

The condo is in a great location, can’t get any better! The condo itself is in acceptable condition but was disgustingly dirty! I’m assuming that this is not the case on a regular basis.I have to say the condo owner and property management company were both accommodating when called upon and for that I thank you!

The location of the property is wonderful, we have stayed in various units in this complex for the past 38 years. We have previously stayed in this unit and rebooked it for the quality of the condo.When we arrived the door for one of the bathrooms would not move. It would open a few inches but would go no further. I contacted the office on check in day and was told that the swelling has to go down before the door could be repaired. We went the whole week without that being repaired. This made one of the two bathrooms of the condo unusable by many of our party.I am not sure we will be selecting this condo again.

Our stay was great - the only reason I gave cleanliness three stars was because the property was under construction and the surrounding area was messy but our unit was clean!! It is also right next door to the Tiki bar and there were some amazing bands playing every day - we could sit out by the pool and hear the live music which was great!

Just looking for a quick last minute long weekend trip. This property popped up. Perfect location, especially with teenagers. Next to Colligney shopping and lots of restaurants. Very active beach scene for the teenagers, but still family friendly. The condo was clean and had all the amenities I could ask for. Perfect.

This condo was perfect for a quick girls’ getaway in Hilton Head. The location is awesome, so close to Coligny Beach, the Tiki Bar and the many shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza. The condo was spacious, everything was clean and maintained, and Seashore Vacations did a great job communicating and addressing any questions we had! I give this condo a high rating. Note that the complex is on the beach, but this unit overlooks the parking lot, but we knew that going in. We had an awesome time!

We loved the light, fresh feel of this beautifully updated unit! I especially appreciated the newer appliances and all of the counter space in the kitchen. The large dining room table was perfect for meals and family game nights. The property is located within walking distance of Coligny plaza which contains a grocery store, liquor store, and many delicious restaurants and unique shops. I highly recommend!

The property location was great. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable. The condo needed a deep clean and then a good cleaning after each use. We found other guest stuff and floors ceilings and vents were flirty. Dining room table had crumbs and food on it when we arrived on our first day.

This was a great location and clean unit. You can walk or bike to so many different locations. Even driving is a breeze. The beach was nice and the tiki bar next door was very happening and convenient.

This is the second time we rented property at Ocean One and plan to come back next year. The units we stayed in were very nice and had no issues. The short walk to the beach and the pool area were added benefits. Minutes away from Coligny Plaza

Kitchen was nice.
Living room area had only one table lamp and it did not function properly. Low wattage bulb that had to be screwed in and out to turn off/on.
Bathrooms had been partially updated. 2nd bathroom shower did not operate properly. Never could get a full flow of water from shower head. Sink lacked stopper. In my opinion 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom was too much. Had little room to move around.

Left behind 2 items in condo, never recovered
We had a great experience and condo was very nice. However, we accidentally left behind a necklace and cooler in condo after checkout. I called to report and the cleaners never turned it in. So I was unable to recover my cooler and necklace.

This was our first year staying in this condo. Usually we stay on the 4th floor but the owner sold that one. The location of the condos is perfect. You can walk to the plaza. The only thing I will say is that the bathroom with the single bed needs better lighting. It is a little dark.

The condo was stocked well and the grounds were well kept as was the pool. Love the amount of marshes surrounding the back side of the island. Enjoyed visiting Dauguskie Island as well. We’ll be back.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay and the property was very much as listed; no surprises. The pool and beach access was better than we expected!
There are a few minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed and we advised the rental company of each one. Hopefully they will jump on it

Great Walkable Location
Wonderful condo in a great location! Easy to walk to restaurants, shops, etc. and loved the beach access. Property Manager was very helpful and easy to work with.
Only thing to note was that the dishwasher door to hold soap was broken, we contacted the property manager but it wasn't fixed during our stay.

Very nice condo. Lovely kitchen that had plenty of kitchen amenities. There were some issues, heat was turned on & smoke detector alarmed, had to call maintenance who said it was due to heat being turned on for the first time. Dishwasher door to hold soap was broken, contacted the property manager & nothing was done.

I stayed in unit 504 with my mother and daughter for a four day weekend. The three of us had a wonderful time. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of linens for all of us. The unit was spotless and the location was excellent. We will be coming back to Hilton Head next March and plan to stay in Ocean One again.

Great Location, could be cleaner
The condo is in a great location off the Coligny Circle. You can walk to a lot of shops and restaurants. The Rental went smooth. The unit needs a DEEP clean, and bed sheets need to be replaced, they had stains on them. The master Bath is very dark and needs more lighting. There were some broken nicknacks laying around. The room with the 2 double beds only has a window that you can see the hallway outside the unit, made the kids feel "closed in". The Holiday Inn Tiki Hut is RIGHT next door, so when you are at the pool, you get music as if you were right at the bar. We loved this!

Mother-Daughter trip
I stayed in unit 504 with my mother and daughter for a four day weekend. The three of us had a wonderful time. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of linens for all of us. The unit was spotless and the location was excellent. We will be coming back to Hilton Head next March and plan to stay in Ocean One again.
