La maison dispose de 3 suites principales avec lits king size, télévisions et salles de bains attenantes. La première suite parentale est située au niveau principal avec un lit king size, une télévision, une salle de bain attenante et une terrasse privée. La deuxième suite principale est à l'étage supérieur et dispose d'un lit king, d'une télévision et d'une salle de bain attenante. La troisième suite parentale se trouve également au niveau supérieur et comprend un lit king-size, une télévision, une salle de bain attenante et une terrasse privée. We came to Breckenridge on a family vacation and retirement trip. We had ages 8 years-68 years old. The cabin was fantastic for the most part. Everyone had plenty of room and their own areas to spread out. The main floor washing machine was broken so we had to use the one on the bottom floor, which was ok, but lots of up and down the stairs. The knobs on the stove were very loose too. If you barely touched them, it changed the temperature so we were constantly having to watch it while cooking. There was also a note that the sleeper sofa wasn't available to use and we were planning to use it, but we just improvised. We also didn't have many towels or wash cloths per bathroom. Just had to wash more often. The beds were VERY FIRM, not the most comfortable and very high off the ground.
The ladies in our family are short so it was hard to get in bed. Lot's of extra fans for us Texas people who get hot easily. Lot's of games and movies to watch. The kids lived in the media room all week-they loved it! The location was great for doing things all around and not having to fight the town traffic. The neighborhood was ok, but several houses around seemed empty or not taken care of so lots of overgrown lots, but didn't really bother us. Overall, it was great for what we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

This house was perfect for a friends ski weekend! It was so much bigger than the pictures illustrate! There were 3 separate sitting areas, as well as a movie room and game room. The kitchen was nicely stocked with every type of tool you would need! Heated garage was very nice. The hot tub on the deck was fantastic after a day of skiing! Good location - 10 min south of Breck. Our only complaints was the Wi-Fi was going in and out, and the dishwasher in the kitchen was broken. The management company responded quickly to our concerns. Would definitely recommend this place!

The Casa de Plata was absolutely beautiful and worked for our extended famiky/friends trip for 5 nights. Morning views were amaz8ng from the decks. The kitchen was our favorite sport and where we spent most of our time. The check in and check out processes were simple. We did have an issue with the Wi-Fi but I called Skyrun and they told me where the router was so I could reset it. Our only complaint and it's not even a complaint, just a maintenance issues, is the kitchen faucet is a little temperamental and doesn't always shut off completely so you have to mess with it to find the sweet spot. But as I stated earlier this place is amazing and worth the stay.

Overall a great experience. We were a group of 10 people over 30 that stayed for a week during the fall "shoulder season". I'd say 85% of our time in Breckenridge was spent in this house, playing games, cooking, and relaxing. This will be a rather long review I'll go over the pros and cons of our favorite things in this rental. Most of the complaints we had could be easily remedied.
The house layout overall:
Excellent layout, plenty of places for individuals to go and be by themselves or places to be together as a big group. The water pressure was awesome, great showers and bathrooms (although some of the faucets needed work or replacement). The internet was fast, plenty of speed if someone needs to video conference into work on a laptop while someone else is streaming a movie. The biggest complaint of the house from all of us, was that the beds were very uncomfortable, best bed in the house was the pull out couch, second best was the air mattress that we brought.
The main Kitchen:
We cooked at least 16 meals for 10 adults in this kitchen and it was overall amazing! There is plenty of room for 3 people cooking at once, Almost every minor kitchen appliance was provided, a ton of dishes are available, and plenty of pots and pans. Biggest complaint here were the fact that there was no pantry space, or rather the space that should have been a pantry had a second washer and dryer in it. We had groceries covering our countertops all week because there was nowhere to put them. A couple other complaints would be that the sink faucet need to be replaced (the control handle had to be fought with for temperature and wouldn't stop the water without playing with it), there were only 3 kitchen towels and no wash cloths, and the control instructions on the range and ovens were almost completely worn off.
The Hot tub:
There were no instructions in the house for the controls, only rules for use. It took me an hour of pressing the buttons randomly and two YouTube videos before I figured it out. It was very relaxing and I'm glad it was an option.
Other rooms:
The other rooms in this house did not end up being used for us. They're all in the lower floor and I'm sure they are useful for family outings, but we mostly were on the main floor. We did not use the second kitchen at all except as additional fridge space.
Last notes:
The skyrun office team was great and responded to all my questions promptly. The one thing we had a problem with when we arrived was remedied with in an hour. Also be aware that the house is in the mountains 10 minutes from Breckenridge so cellphone service was spotty at best.

My extended family of 10 stayed at this lovely property and had the best time. Plenty of space for everyone. We loved the downstairs theater and all the cozy little nooks/seating areas. We cooked lots of meals and had everything we needed. we will definitely consider this property again!

Family ski retreat heaven!!
This is an awesome facility for a large family retreat with many conversation areas in comfortable settings including fireside chats as well as entertainment centers (including home theater) and a game room. Kitchen facilities are superb and well stocked with needed utensils to allow for home cooked meals as much as desired. All of the master suites are well appointed and comfortable. The bunk room is perfect for kids!!!

The house was very nice and spacious. There were 10 of us and plenty of room for all of us. Clean and easy to get to. View was very nice. A little ways out of town but an easy commute. We had a moose visitor the first night. Just a walk by.

Snowy Vacay
We enjoyed our time in this house. It was perfect for our family. We loved the openness of the living and dining area - we were able to all hang out. The kitchen was well stocked for all of our cooking - we cooked all our meals at the house to avoid the crowded restraints in Breck. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great! We LOVED the hot tub and enjoyed soaking our tired ski legs in the evening. Overall, a wonderful getaway spot for our family.

Home is beautiful, luxurious and very spacious and in non Covid times, perfect for 3 families. Spacious kitchen and has all big and small appliances to make all your meals at home. Easy drive into town.

HUGE, social house. Top notch.
What an exceptional house! The home is just far enough from downtown Breckenridge that you can enjoy peace and quiet yet close enough that you can be in a restaurant or grocery store within 10 minutes. The design of the main level is arguably the best I have seen
The kitchen area has small swivel chairs on both sides, the dining room table, and the family room all in one social area. They did a great job with designing the living room across the way allowing those sitting in front of the fire to still be part of the kitchen conversation. The bedrooms are all awesome and the movie room is a hit. Other reviews talked about the size of the television being too small but when you were sitting in there with the lights off it is perfect. SkyRun, the management company is absolutely top-notch. I had an issue with the gas grill so SkyRun went and purchased a new grill and delivered it the next day. Such amazing service! We rented several properties throughout the summer and everybody agreed that this was the best location. We will be back

Extended Family Vacation - Breck 2020
We had an amazing time staying at Casa de Plata! It had more than enough room for all our extended family (10 in total) to gather, eat, cook, and relax. There's a great little trail at the end of the road and its very close (10 min-ish) to many other great hiking and biking trails. This was the perfect getaway location in this current, socially distanced environment.

Great stay, great location
Overall, we had a nice stay and the house was nice. Some great features were the multiple living areas, the nice sized kitchen, the game room on the lower level, the sitting room on the top level, and the fireplace. The house was clean and comfortable for the size group we had. Loved the steam showers, loved the cozy feel of the house even though it is roomy. Loved the mud room on the lower level and the extra fridge - the was great for beer and drinks. However, there were a few things that I wish were different:
1. The beds; All the beds in the house were firm mattresses, therefore we did not sleep very comfortably. It would have been nice after a day of activities to come back to comfortable beds. I've never had this issue at a vacation rental before.
2. We needed to ask for linens. There were no available linens for the extra pillows or if linens needed to be changed.
3. Maintenance items, which we feel are easy fixes, yet have piled up and caused some frustration. a) Dryer was not working properly. It seemed no matter what we did, it would continuously shut off and have to be restarted after a few minutes of running. b) Sofa bed had a note that it was broken. This was unable to be used. c) The grill took 45 mins to heat up to cooking temperature. d) The hot tub would cause the breaker to trip if heated past 90 degrees e) The "garbage compactor" was not a garbage compactor and was small, which meant this needed to be changed out frequently. It looked like the "fix" for this was another garbage under the sink. f) The faucet in the kitchen leaked. e) The landing on the outdoor stairs was very slippery when wet. There were a few "almost slips" which could have caused injury.
4. It would have been nice to have extra towels, considering the dryer had issues.
Again, we enjoyed our stay and understand that with COVID, these small items seemed to pile up they are easy fixes, yet there were many of them which impacted our stay.

Perfect for a large family vacation!
We took 10 people here and had more room than needed. The parents loved the large, mudroom which allowed all the wet clothes and skis to stay separate from the main living areas. The kids loved the media room with tons of appropriate movies. Everyone loved that the kids had essentially their own floor to stay in, the massive kitchen and family gathering area, the multiple balconies with fantastic views, and the hot tub. We will absolutely return to this property!

Great Couples retreat!
My Wife and three other couples stayed for ski weekend and had a great time! Beautiful house with more than enough room. Property was just as listed no surprises or complaints. Would definetly stay again.

Great home
Our group of 10 stayed here for four nights. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. If I had to be picky, my one suggestion would be the size of the grill was quite small for the amount of people the house can accommodate. Okay one more which is just an upkeep issue. The faucet in the kitchen and one bath was hard to turn off so it wouldnt drip. Not a problem for us but the owner should be made aware so he can address this so it doesnt become too large a problem. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely return when in this area!

Great Vacation
This property was great for our multiple family vacation. Enough rooms that we could shuffle sleeping arrangements and retreat to peace and quiet when needed. Got great response to broken coffee maker and the leaving process was much simpler than other services that we have dealt with. The location was great - near to downtown Breckenridge and close to the 14'er the younger generation was climbing. Plenty to do.
