Breakfast was good. Very clean. Spa tub was relaxing.

Ice machine was out of order on our floor. Had to use other floor ice machine.

Atmosphere

No grand piano and no live piano music. Your large hotel lobby with its high ceiling is a wonderfully decorated, warm and socially inviting acoustic space. Unfortunately, in this sense, your eye for detail also lends to an unconscious expectation of there being a large grand piano being somewhere. Why? Because, typically, large hotel lobbies, with the level of decorative detail that your lobby has, have grand pianos & live performances on them - because it draws people. People will drive for miles to hear their favorite songs played on a grand piano. From a pianist’s point of view, I know this to be true! Live piano music performed during certain periods of the day in your wonderful acoustic lobby space would give it a musical a sense of warmth, class and intimacy that commercial music played through public speakers in that space, simply cannot give. Breakfast area. Placement of the condiments was confusing as people were reaching over me to get what was needed while I was trying to serve myself. People are rude so placing items on the center counter would have been better.

It was clean. Pretty good location. Also like that the Amish Theater was connected to the hotel. Breakfast was good and the staff was outstanding!

I thought that the TV was small. It could’ve been a little bigger.

The design was very nice. Our room was on the 7th floor and we had a great view
