The apartment was very close to the underground station with free parking in the neighborhood.
Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Very fresh and airy. A good place for families. Easily accessible and instructions to locate the keys was simple and straightforward.
Not enough cutlery and mugs. Tea looks stale, it's been left there for a long time. Chipped mugs with stains. Water marks on cutlery, not enough for 9 of us and old fashioned cutleries. For a three bedroom apartment, it will benefit from a Wok or a bigger pot. The toilet paper wasn't enough for the 3 nights stay. Considering all these factors, the accommodation was expensive.

It was a really nice and comfortable place to me and my kids.We enjoyed our stay there.

Quiet location, that's all ! Convenient if you have something to do in Harrow.
The house and the appartment were both quite dirty. Some stains on carpet and doors. Mold (?) in liquid soap. A tile of earthenware missing in the kitchen. A very small wardrobe in the bedroom, already filled with vacuum cleaner, Half the bubbles were workin in the bathroom, etc.

Lots of damage within the property, did not replenish toiletries, wet towel found inside the washing machine

Lovely stay for our three engineers. The place suited all their needs. Excellent communication.

Available at very short notice. Allowed us to check in late after we had been let down badly by another host on a different site.

The apartment was not as described. There was no outdoor seating and patio area. The outdoor space was overgrown and fence broken. It was also dirty with food on the walls and ceiling in the kitchen. No coffee machine as described. I complained to the venue and had no response. We didn’t stay the 3 nights that we had booked.

Excellent location for us and our dog as a beautiful park on the street. Train Station on the street with very easy access to central London. very spacious and clean apartment. Peaceful quiet house, shops and restaurants 5 minute walk, our 2nd stay and will definitely return.

The location was close to the Metropolitan line and University of Westminster. Very modern, comfortable features due to a recent remodel. Great stuff includes towel warmers, comfortable climate control, fancy showers, nice TV, cozy couches, sophisticated ambiance, and capable kitchen.
There were lots of security cameras and the management company made it clear they were watching us. One of them might even look into the main bedroom from the rear door/garden area, but not sure. The remodel was very nice, but mostly fragile IKEA type cabinets, which previous renters have broken the hinges of on a couple doors. They told us they count how many people walk in and out and will charge us if too many people are staying. (Super creepy!!!)

Close to tube for London, and great location for being between London, legoland and Chessington theme park. Clean, modern and a home from home. Owner/manager really helpful. Had everything we needed for a family of 5...3 adults and 2 children. The building has a number of apartments but we couldn't hear other guests.
Nothing I didn't like. Anyone staying could bring some wash powder and t towels (though there is a dishwasher and a couple of tablets provided). Let Manager know if you need a highchair.

The property is over priced and has a security deposit of €200 that you only find out about after you book it. It took this property 3 months to refund me this deposit and they did not contact me to say they had an issue had to contact them terrible customer service no one answers the phones it take ages to get through to anyone booking.com tried contacting them on my before to resolve this issue and had no reply they said that Harrow was not answering there messages. I chose to book this property because it was a ground floor apt because my elderly mother has osteoporosis, on arrival the apartment that I'd book was swapped for and upstairs one without notifying I rang the property for them to say that it's not guaranteed under the fine print that you'll get the apartment you booked which I looked for under there terms and conditions and could not find!
The couch bed is very uncomfortable there are no blinds or curtains in the living room where a bunk bed a situated.
I'll be adding photo of how dirty this property is!
Under no circumstances will I ever stay there again booking.com shouldn't have this property on there site never have I ever experienced this type of unprofessionalism and I've book many property on Booking.com I've never written a bad review before but I couldn't hold back.
Horrible experience over priced with a €200 deposit for an average apartment and very bad customer service!

Our apartment was in a converted house and we were upstairs. On arrival we were disappointed as the apartment did not look like the picture on the booking site. Everything was clean and functional, albeit we were unable to make the hob work.
This is an ideal location to commute into London city and this is what we were there for.
Sofa bed ok for one person or small children.

We had tickets for a show at Wembley arena so thought we would make it a city break for 3 nights and it was the best decision ever.. we didn't want the hustle and bustle of night time in London so Northwick Park sounded perfect.. and it was.. it was quiet but with access to everything we needed.. the underground was only a 4 min walk away so we spent our day doing the usual sight seeing with no worrying about transport, the apartment itself was very spacious with everything we needed and i will definitely be booking again.
I couldn't find any fault other than a few chairs on the garden would have been nice.. but I didn't enquire so maybe there could have been some hiding in the building somewhere.. there were a few marks of wear and tear around but it didn't spoil our trip.

Great location for Wembley, clean and comfortable stay just as pictured.
2 mins walk from the tube so great to get into central london also
After arriving following a long journey and needed to go to the toilet we discovered there was zero toilet roll in the whole apartment so we then had to locate a shop. Not the end of the world but would have expected at least some toilet roll. Also no blinds on the sky lights so anyone sleeping in the living area on the sofa beds it is bright light sun beaming in at 4am in the summer!

We were in Harrow to attend a weeding. Spacious apartment, with 3 bedrooms, perfect for 3 couples. It is close to a train station and even though it is not in the center of London, we were able to get there in less then 25 mins, very convenient!
We could use extra towels to wrap our hair after a bath, but the existing body towels were great!

it was central to where we needed to be
no blind in the living room , but I was informed that it was broken .I had to descale the shower head so it would work properly.

location and size of property. had all amenities. Nice quiet area and had good transport.
only one bathroom was functional. I felt the owner should have let us know earlier that the second bathroom had a broken shower door. I'm sure it was broken for quite a while because there were spider webs on it. Also, it said serviced apartments and we were there for 8 nights without servicing.

Convenient 1 bed 'deluxe' BASIC type apartment - No.3 - with key box code and parking details received (but only 1 hour before check in - so would have been better to get before we started journey). The apartment was as expected size room/bathroom/bedroom. Reasonably Comfortable. Quick walk to Northwick tube station and nearby supermarket. Bed quite comfortable - 62 inch wide (just a bit bigger than kingsize). Seating in sitting/living area quite comfortable. Decent size tv - with normal terrestrial channels only (could not access streaming Netflix or similar as on details). Did not like lack of privacy though - no blind at living/kitchen area windows - as overlooked. Decent power rain shower (though only 1/3 of it works/has water coming out of the holes). Parking convenient for 4 cars for the 4 apartments in the house at front of house, off the road. Quiet side road. PHOTOS as on booking.com for apartment 3 upstairs with brown sofas/open plan living/kitchen/diner. Bedroom at front of the house.
Kitchen needed wiping down surfaces and kitchen cupboard/shelves as not clean. There was only ONE wine glass and only a three plates/bowls and cutlery plus other glasses (rather short amount considering there is a full size dishwasher and you may want 3 meals a day for 2 people without washing up so you use the dishwasher). SO kitchen needs more equipment.
We had to wash the glasses/plates/cups/cutlery and filthy table mats, as it was NOT clean and buy some wine glasses to use.
Also the blind was missing from the living room area which is overlooked (looked like it had broken off and not been replaced - so didn't like lack of privacy).
I did message owner/Riis but got NO reply/response about these things.
The kitchen window has no blind/privacy. The bedroom blind was difficult to reach as there was no cord to pull down (so you need to be tall or stand on something).
Extractor fan does not work in bathroom and only 1/3 of rainshower has water coming from it, though reasonable power.
Could do with coat hooks or stand to put things when you come in, as there is only a small wardrobe in bedroom and no where for coats etc.
NO access to garden/seating patio as mentioned on details. the 'Garden view' was of a roof and the back of another house!! Looked through downstairs back door/hall area out to garden - which you can't go into as door was locked with chair blocking it, it is all overgrown like a jungle with broken down fencing!
House is on a quiet residential side road off the busy main road (so expectedly as it is London - lots of noise of sirens on that road throughout the evening).
There is a fan, and you can open windows but it may get very hot in hot summer weather. No window in bathroom (very steamed up).
Communal area - stairs up to this apartment 3 and 4 (very dirty carpet, an open window on the landing, CCTV cameras, lots of wall scuffs - could do with refreshing decor).

In a quiet residential area close to 2 tube stations
No curtains or blinds in main room, very inconvenient as person using the sofa bed had no privacy and was woken early each morning as the sun shone straight in on him

I was disappointed as we booked 3 bedroom and this was not available even though we paid for it on long lease and were offered 2 bedroom which we accepted at a discount which we never received not ideal
