La posizione comodissima
La stanza era piccola io avevo prenotato una quadrupla e non mi hanno dato la stanza che ho visto nelle foto. Non c’era riscaldamento solo uno split nella stanza e nulla nel bagno. Qualche problema con l’acqua calda

La posizione, la pulizia, la cordialità
Il tendaggio in camera. Trasparente che purtroppo lascia entrare molta luce la notte e, soprattutto, ne rimette la privacy poiché all'esterno di vede tutto.

La sala colazioni è stata adibita a camera da affittare, quindi la colazione si fa in camera con buffet (povero) in corridoio

Perfect place to stay. Very comfortable and clean. Owners are always helpful and very cute. Location is also perfect. 10 minutes walk to the beach and city center.

Air fresheners and airwick, but odor still prevalent from the toilet in room. I think they need a trap in piping to avoid fumes returning through...
Otherwise very comfortable, and the split heating unit was divine!

Location. Quite nice, not in the center of the old Gaeta, but at at a pleasant 15 minutes walk.
Checkin: I was contacted and we arranged a specific time. I arrived exactly on time, I had to call and wait for 15 minutes.
Room view: on the room conditions it was specified Sea, City and Point of interest view. The reality? A window facing a wall 3 meters away in a narrow street.
Cleanliness: not dirty but not really clean. Used water bottles in the fridge.
Shower: at 9am I had half a shower on hot water, the second half on cold water, and that was for 1 guest only.
Breakfast: it’s a voucher for 2.50€ per guest on the next door café. Just enough for a croissant and a cappuccino.
