Good clean apartment very close to Tito's lane just 5 mins walk. I had a comfortable stay at the apartment.

Location Size of apartment was good All required stuff but only very basic

Was not clean enough Both bathroom door locks were not proper Flush tank knob was broken No gas only electric cooktop Very basic plastic's crockery Broken chair TV was not working then we need to call dish guy by ourself then also got only 1 or 2 channels. Washer but no dryer Was not maintained well.

very very nice stay , extremely affordable, place is very clean and as per the pics , the host is super nice and courteous, couldn't have asked for a better place. and the best part the stay is very close to the beach right next to Tito's lane Baga. extremely satisfactory stay

Nothing to dislike at Casa Stay

Worst stay ever nothing mentioned on website was available. Charged too high than the price on booking.com. would recomend not to stay here waste of money no tissue papers n drinking water too. Worst place.

Poor infra, lack of amenities, not worth 9.6k. Broken beds, broken toilets.

Hard Mattress ... Unlike hotel room soft mattress that gives me back pain...these were hard mattresses.every thing was just perfect.

We had a great time here. However, I was reluctant at staying here after reading a recent review that mentioned it as really bad choice. In reality the apartment was really clean and the pool was superb as promised by Mr. Shantanu. Shantanu was an excellent host and responsive and assuring that the place is good stay. I will definitely be coming here to stay for 3-4 days so that i can enjoy to the fullest 😁 on my next trip to goa. Please don't go with review just speak to the host for any clarifications.

Stayed for a night. Beds were functional with basic mattresses. Sheets were inadequate. DishTV connection showed zero balance and was not charged even after informing the host. CellPhone doesn't work inside the house, overall property is old and not very clean, pool not clean, cant open the windows as area behind full of bushes and growth. No drinking water kept.
