the location is great and the room was clean and the staff was friendly and hlepful

only 1 electric socket and far away from the bed which was uncomfortable. The shower pressure was really weak

we originally got put on the 4th floor which doesn’t have a lift so had to carry the suitcases up two sets of stairs. but once spoke to staff day after was changed to a room on floor 3. which was perfect for us.

Room: Clean and tidy and shower was good and bed comfortable. Breakfast: good range of choice and quality fine and reasonable value. Location: very good for the conference centre over the road and close to train station

Room was very small and backed onto a noisy nighttime street at the back. Wifi was useless I'm afraid.

there was not much to be honest, it was dirty the carpets hadn’t be vacuumed for some time. The room was tired and grubby. There was a used vape on the shelf and bits on carpet. tea and coffee wasn’t replenished after day one so had to go out each day for milk and bought some tea bags from the store.

No had taken breakfast, so cannot rank it. Perfect and esay check in/out, Nice room confortable and clean. Location is top ! Will come again

Our room was ground floor 034 and the windows sit on a main street with 2 bars which are very loud! Until around 4am!!!!! People sitting on window ledges and urinating up.against the windows! Doesn't allow for a good night's sleep And stinks of smoke wafting in !

the hotel is old so the layout has alot of stairs which may be deterring for some. it is difficult to carry luggage.

Excellent location with friendly staff

Standard of cleanliness in the room wasn't fantastic. There was a dirty pair of socks lying beside the bed when we checked in which had left a lingering smell in the room. Plastic hangers from previous guests also left in the wardrobe and the room was booked for 4 adults but we were provided with 1x shampoo/shower gel, 2x Hand-wash and 3x lotions.
