We had a very warm welcome, staff always smiling, great breakfasts and relaxing drinks downstairs by the canal. Everything was great. The room was fantastic. We will definitely stay with you again when we come back to Bruges.

Not much to be honest

Property is close to everything you want to see and do in Bruges. Staff were professional and friendly. Private parking is available and the hotel is pet friendly. We will definitely visit again.

EVERYTHING was AMAZING!!!! This hotel is a gem! I truly wish we could have stayed even longer. The outdoor patio was special overlooking the canal and their afternoon tea service (you need a reservation) was very special. Our room was very spacious, breakfast was wonderful but the staff in the hotel made the trip even better. You could tell they all took great pride in their work and the hotel. We were greeted with candles burning, a wonderful smell through the lobby that always welcomed us back each time we left the hotel to walk around. Don’t look any further. BOOK THIS HOTEL! you will not be sorry. It is something very special!!

Beautiful room and property in an ideal location. Room was lovely and very comfortable.

The bar system is odd. you order drinks through a kitchen door and the staff aren’t very attentive. it’s also not that clear there isn’t a full restaurant. bathroom sink and bath plug very slow running.

fabulous location and staff are very accommodating. we traveled with our two dogs, will return.

A beautiful small boutique hotel. The Staff, particularly Benedict, were wonderful. Breakfast was one of the best I've had. The hotel was the perfect respite - a home-away-from-home.

A warm welcome, clean, comfortable and quiet room, some nice touches like a free drink at the cosy bar and a gift bag with water and an apple for the onward journey. The location was great and the parking garage was about 2 minutes walk away but easy to get to with the luggage that we had. The friendly staff also provided us with a handy map so that we could quickly identify and visit the main tourist attractions.

we decided not to have the breakfast although the breakfast room looked really nice. However at 25 euros each it was a bit much for us to justify as we are not big eaters in the morning. Not the hotels' fault mind you!

The hotel is very Charming. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The location is great and convenient. Hotel food and service were excellent.

Fabulous location, lovely room and we wished, as always, we could have stayed longer in Brugges. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast offering and quality was superb. If you have a car, persevere with finding the car park, it's very secure. The directions are excellent.
