Il s’agit d’un bel appartement de la taille d’un studio, combinant l’atmosphère de vie à la campagne et des commodités d’accès facile. La kitchenette a une cuisinière, une cafetière (avec du café!) et grille-pain pour les clients, et une laveuse et une sécheuse sont situés dans l'unité pour plus de commodité et de facilité. Il y a un lit queen, parfait pour deux, et un futon et une mousse à mémoire de forme, pouf pliant pour les invités supplémentaires. La salle de bain a aussi une baignoire confortable. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour confortable et relaxant.
Nous sommes parfaitement situés avec un accès facile aux magnifiques centres commerciaux tels que Kierland et The Scottsdale Quarter, situés à 20 minutes, et amusants, aux boutiques et aux restaurants de Western Country à Frontier Town / Cave Creek et à Carefree à seulement 15 minutes! Nous sommes également à proximité d'événements spéciaux saisonniers, tels que Barrett Jackson, Phoenix Open et The Arabian Horse Show. Belle randonnée dans les environs aussi!

Wonderful space for a studio apartment. It’s decorated very cute and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have a washer and dryer. It’s not totally updated but I have no complaints. The owner is fantastic.

Multi-day stay
The apartment is super clean, the owner is really nice. There are cooking facilities but not an oven. There is a toaster oven and toaster and microwave as well as a cooktop. The backyard is a lovely desert scene.

Great space, the owner set the temp to what I asked for. Space was very clean, had everything that I needed, wifi was a bit weak, but still functional. Bed was a bit soft as was the couch, but more than adequate. Great stone floors and the backyard was perfect for watching the lunar eclipse. Owner is super nice and very engaging/ accommodating. Her response time when communicating was spot on. I will definitely be staying here again and recommending it to friends, when I do not plan to be there.

Hilary pays so much attention to her desert landscaped property and her casita. I always enjoy staying here and chatting ! The casita envelopes you with safety and security as well as the location in the peace of the Sonoran desert!

Perfectly suited for our needs
We booked this casita on short notice and were pleasantly surprised by both the accommodations and by the location. Its quiet location was just what we needed with our 3 dogs. Hillary was delightful and friendly. Highly recommended for a small family!

We liked the location, very convenient to Carefree and Cave Creek in particular. Nice hostess, attentive to any needs you may have. Beautiful interesting property and neighborhood, we enjoyed strolling through the neighborhood.

With the exception of intermittent wifi and streaming signal for television reception, this little place was perfect for me and my wife. Hillary was a friendly and gracious hostess. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Very comfortable casita. Open and spacious and well equipped.They area is quiet so the sounds of the desert can be heard.
Hilary is a delight, fun conversing with and keeps everything simple!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The studio was great and Hilary's garden was beautiful. The cactus were blooming and the birds was in abundance to watch. The most beautiful sunsets. It was peaceful and quiet really night or day. Hilary was great. I'll be coming back to the area I can only hope that this will be available again when I come back. Thank you Hilary for a great first experience to Arizona. Wish we had more time to stay.

Welcoming casita in great location
Upon arrival, Casita was extremely clean and well appointed. So pleased to have a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen and, when the coffeemaker didn't work, owner immediately brought a replacement. Great bath with lovely appointments. Oranges, lemons and grapefruit from the yard. Hillary was an attentive and exemplary host.
