El hotel es muy agradable, y está muy limpio. Muy cerca de la zona comercial de Glòries.

I stayed in the hotel for four nights. The hotel has a good location close to metro stations and bus stops and walking distance to Sagrada Familia. Very rich and varied breakfast and clean room. Helpful and friendly staff, in particular Vane, Omar, Ariadna and Rut. Omar, thank you for recommending excellent restaurant in neighbourhood.

The rooms were small and not cleaned enough in addition to how it smelled.
In terms of price &performance index, I wouldn't recommend it to my friends.

the rooms are very small. coffee machine was broken every morning.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from Sagrada and a lot of bar and restaurants
There are a lot of different options for the public transport around the hotel
The bathroom door is a glass slider, which is not so comfortable.

noise from outside is loudly heard from the room, room is warm and very humid (adjuted ac several times but still), small area for our luggages.

Clean, nice location, 24 hours working reception.
Beds are uncomfortable and squeaky.
No windows blinds - light from the streets are entering the room which is not great. Also there is no feel for privacy.
Noise insulation almost non existent: you can easilly hear and understand the topics from another rooms, which is not great.
Vegetarian options for the breakfast is not great.
Coffee is very cheap. They are using instant coffee. And juice is mixed syrup with water

if I could change anything it would be the breakfast- if this was better it could easily be a 4*. lacking fresh bread, more fruits and better juice.. this was the only problem in my opinion.

The bed and the air condition was excellent. I liked the interior. Breackfast was very good.

The hotel was lovely and clean and bright. Ariadna and Omar on reception did everything they could to make our stay great. We arrived early expecting just to drop off our bags but Ariadna said she would have our room ready in 10 mins, which she did. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection of food

Good location.
On the front desk team two ladies borderline rude, the other 3 people who I met were really helpful.
Housekeeping team too noisy in the early mornings, shouting and interacting really loudly. Some people go there to rest and that should be respected.

Great location. Staff very friendly. Omar was very helpful as well as Raul. The food was a good value for the price we paid. I would come back in the future.
Air conditioning is bit dated and the bed could do with a beddind set rather than a quilt between two sheets....
