Air condition loud do not sleep all night ask to change the room and they do not

it was very close to the beach and they had a nice ship downstairs with cute products.

it was really overpriced for what you get. the balcony was tiny, and it overlooked a wall. The air-con box was on the balcony so it was very hot and noisy. They provided no coffee, tea etc in the room, but did supply a kettle so I’m not sure what the point of that was. I asked for some and they just said that they don’t provide and gave me one measly tea bag. I won’t stay here again, as I said. . it was really overpriced and no one else was even staying at the hotel. They could have easily given me a better room to make me happy but instead their response was that I’d need to pay even more. the staff are just in general lacking motivating and u helpful.

The restaurant opens 8.30 am, too late for breakfast, and closes at 6.00 pm, too early for dinner.

water pressure was a bit touch and go but still worked fine

Nice quiet hotel not far from the beach

The rooms are clean, but a little dated with some of the facilities not working properly: A/C, shower, WC

The noise from the surrounding area, heavy construction and excessively loud music everyday from 6pm until midnight. Only one or two places to eat within walking distance of the hotel/beach. Food in the area are very overpriced, with one exception: "The Surin Bay Inn".

Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
