Boa localização, casa ampla, com uma bela varanda com vista para o mar.
Não havia nenhum item de limpeza, sabão para a máquina de lavar louça, sabonete nos banheiros, shampoos, esponja de lavar louça, nada desses pequenos detalhes.
Quartos empoeirados, a pessoa que faz a limpeza, jogou tudo para baixo da cama, ficando um amontoado de pó.

Very good location, close to supermarket, city center and beaches
Good balcony
The photos from the ad did not match the apartment I stayed in. I asked for a 3 bed apartment, and I was given 2 beds and a sofa-bed, which was awful. The apartment was big, but not very comfortable. The floor was not well cleaned, and no amenities were provided, not even a trash bag or soap. WiFi is paid daily.
I had stayed here in the past and had a much better experience.
This time, however, it was not worth the price.

The flat was spacious and clean, shutters in the windows to keep the room dark at night, equipped well. Balcony was very big. The swimming pool area was nice.
Beds and pillows not really comfortable, bedding could be updated to something more modern.

THERE WAS NOT EVEN A PICTURE ON A WALL, - COLD FEELING ABOUT THE PLACE, NOT EVEN A BOTTLE OF WATER LEFT IN THE PLACE - EVERYTHING WAS TO A MINIMUM.

Amazing pool and cool complex.
Bit scary at night as not much activity around complex but at the same time this is beneficial when wanting to use the pool and it's empty 😁

Just how cal and everything was with had a lift to get the pram up the stairs which was helpful and good air conditioning also provided us with a cot.
The pool temp was a little cold for the baby but ok.

There is a lack of basic things as a better knife, dish washing cleaning tools; basic species(sugar, salt), no soap in the bathroom.

3 min from marina, cozy for my family of 5, didn't really have to leave the apartment, price was right. You can schedule tours on site. Garage on site too.
Wifi didn't work but we were able to get a modem with a refundable deposit.

spacious with the terrace and access to nice pool. easy check in with helpful staff
it was a long walk uphill from the town centre. the apartment had limited range of crockery and cutlery and no cleaning stuff eg washing up liquid or sponges/cloths to wipe crockery or surfaces. tv was ok but no Guide button for 100 channels. no wifi unless you pay €5/day and €50 deposit for the router which was not clearly mentioned on the booking.com site.
oven wasn’t great- hard to tell if rings were on so danger of burning oneself.
the binmen came at 1am and made a racket so impossible to sleep.

no soaps in bathrooms. no cleaning things in kitchen. sofa in the living room cound have not been used as a large bed. only one short person can sleep there

Location and price were good. Easy to park. Good for families.
Room size is good, and have a great balcony.
Rooms need maintenance. Old furniture, and home appliances. Freezer didn't close properly and all the refrigerator was completely soaked by the water coming from the freezer.
In a family of 4 only 2 can have a short hot shower, after that, only cold water.

The apartment is located in beautiful, green, area with nice gardens around. Clean and with good furniture. The only surprise was that hairdryer has to be rent, however solved it friendly.
