Literie très confortable, très bien situé on pose la voiture et on fait tout à pied. Piscine très agréable. Propreté rien à dire.
Je regrette juste d’avoir oublié mes lunettes et personne ne semble s’en soucier malgré plusieurs appels et un mail envoyé. Dommage

Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and everything topped up immediately it got low. Staff were very friendly and efficient.
I was disappointed that there was no option to eat outside for breakfast as I love to do this on holidays. Pool area was constantly full with people leaving towels there from early morning even though it said this wasn't allowed. We didn't use the pool at all. It was good the beach was so near to the hotel.

The receptionists were really helpful and pleasant.
The waiting staff in the restaurant were great but unfortunately the same doesn’t apply for the bar staff.. I was very surprised and disappointed with the contrast of service and interaction with us as visitors to the hotel
I was also horrified to see the cost of €25 for 2 glasses of wine

A lovely Hotel in an absolutely ideal location. Very nice staff. Food was very good. You are right beside Praia da Rocha and lots of Restaurants and Nightlife. Would definitely recommend. The Spa was very good and the covered outdoor swimming pool was a terrific idea as the water was lovely and warm despite the daily temperature being 23°C at max

Breakfast was fine though a little tedious by the end of the stay.
My wife and I like to train in the small gym area. However the equipment is very old and in some cases does not work. My wife suffered damage to her neck and shoulder whilst training on the second day and was still unwell when we returned home.

The room, the balcony, the view, the location, the pool, English speaking made it easier for us, the staff, flexibility, the range of food on offer. We were lucky with the weather.

The Hotel is in a fantastic location. Staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast selection is excellent. Rooms are spotless and well maintained. Great value.
We've really no complaints! One suggestion - in the evening buffet some of the hot food might have been kept a little hotter. But that might just be a timing issue, to be fair.

The daily breakfast buffet was impressive. The location was great with 2 minute walk to the beach and sea view rooms. This hotel is right by the main street with restaurants and shops. In summer it may get a little loud with tourists and night clubs nearby. We went early December and we’re happy with our choice.
