Prima locatie in rustige wijk met openbaar vervoer om de hoek.

Goede verhouding tussen prijs en kwaliteit.

Lovely hotel on a bus route. Would stay again

Lovely staff Great breakfast The room was always clean Great location on bus route I liked that you are given your own key to the front door so you can come and go as you please even if the staff isn't there.

It's a lovely hotel a little far out from the city HOWEVER it is on a great bus route and a lovely walk to the city if the weather's OK.

Clean and comfortable accommodation in a nice neighborhood, but a bit pricey for the quality.

The staff was very kind and helpful and the neighborhood is nice, elegant and quiet - good location to have a rest after the buzz of the city centre. Breakfast was also good.

The entire building is a bit old and not as elegant as you would expect by the price and the pictures. Bathroom was very basic and not so comfortable to use (no hangers, sockets etc.). I think it's overpriced for that quality as it was a bit shabby. Cleanness was okay by the way.

A great property if you prefer to be out of the hustle & bustle city centre, easy access to/from city & airp

Friendly and extremely helpful staff, nice spacious, clean & comfortable rooms. Easy access to the city centre via bus. Close to Herbert Park and a nice green grocer.

Our room was quite warm from the sunny weather during our stay and the fan couldn’t always cool the room down enough.

clean and comfortable, the location was easy to get to, a bit of a walk from town but a it was a lovely walk for us. liked that they had maps on site and staff were helpful when needed.

Decent location with nearby bus stops, a great breakfast, and friendly staff

The staff were very helpful, especially with setting up a taxi for our last day. Breakfast was great and filling, the room was comfortable and clean. It was great we were able to check in early after a long flight. Although it’s not that close to city centre it’s nice that there are multiple bus stops close by.

The breakfast, location and parking were good. Staff were very nice and helpful.

The room was tiny, I've an ensuite in my house that's bigger, otherwise it was fine, considering the cost of hotels in this area.

Nice hotel and would happily stay here again

The location is in a nice suburb with good access to buses if you want them, though note it is not right downtown. It's a quality building too, and the rooms are clean and cosy. The full Irish breakfast is good enough.

The car park is very small (but at least there is that facility as on-street parking is restricted most days). I would mention the price, but as Dublin is not a cheap city, even that wasn't that bad relatively.

Comfortable and convenient

Very comfortable stay. Warm and cozy. Nice and private rooms. Very accommodating in relation to parking, as the entrance to the car park scrapes the bottom of my car so needed alternative parking which was accommodated.

The room I was in was facing the street & it was noisy. There was a party going on next door, this was noisy for a number of hours. However this was unavoidable for the property.

overall, a pleasant stay

property was very quiet. there was not any loud traffic. staff at reception and breakfast in the morning were lovely. bathroom was gorgeous it had a beautiful stone wall and a large shower. the free parking was nice but very small and could only fit maybe 6 to 8 cars.

the room was extremely warm. i couldn’t turn down the heating but i was able to open the window and they had a table fan i used too. my bedroom door locked with a standard key instead of the more popular key cards. as a solo female travelling, i would have felt a bit safer with a more secure lock.

the night manager making us wait over 15 minutes outside the building in the freezing cold until he arrived to let us in!!! we had travelled for hours and were exhausted !

Nice neighbourhood even far from center. Helpfull stuff. Old style hotel with nice ambience. Soundproofing needs to improve.

The single room for 100 euros, sorry but its not fair guys. After moving to the double bed room things were better.

For the price I paid I already got better hotel rooms at Dublin City

the staff was very friendly and the cleaning was very good

it’s an old building, the toilet and drains were very smelly so we had to keep the bathroom doors closed, also very small bathroom.
