Great location, lovely room and facilities which were super clean.
The internet in our room (#4) was a bit patchy but it was great in the guest lounge downstairs.

Breakfast was pleasant with a good selection. The view from our bedroom window was outstanding. The host was lovely and couldn't have been more helpful.
The TV was a bit tiny, but who wants to look at a TV with a view like we had next to it?

Our host was super friendly and welcoming. The location was beautiful. While it was outside the town, we did have a car to go into town for dinner etc.
Sadly the place is in need of a make over and is stuck in the eighties vibe.

Noreen was an excellent host. She was friendly and very helpful in recommending local restaurants and helping us to plan our day. Excellent breakfast.

Wonderful place to stay! The Bed and Breakfast is located right next to the Kenmare Bay with a beautiful view over the Mountains of the Killarney National Park. The area is peaceful and quiet, surrounded by nature. There is a short walk to the beautiful city of Kenmare. Noreen is an lovely host, extremely friendly and caring. Rooms are very clean and tidy, with a beautiful perfectly matched interior, there is also a cozy guest lounge where you can have tea and coffee, sit down and relax and read a book. The breakfast was plenty and delicious, with different options to choose from. we had the home smoked salmon and it was great. Also Noreen‘s home baked bread is a winner (and being german we are kind of obsessed with good bread 😉) There is also granola, fruit, yoghurt... I highly recommend this place, it‘s fantastic and worth staying more than a night, since there is a lot to discover in the area and Noreen will give you great advice on tours and places to see.

We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. It was peaceful and the owner was very helpful and suggested local restaurants to try. We only stayed the one night. There were great walking paths nearby

A super place to stay.. only a few minutes walk from the town, but secluded overlooking the estuary.
Outside seating and help yourself teas and coffees all day.
A wonderful host who makes superb breakfasts ... The local smoked salmon was fab.
Picnic lunches available too.
The host has a wealth of knowledge of the area along with laminated suggestions and maps.
Spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
There wasn't an electric socket close to the dressing table and mirror... But plenty elsewhere.

The location and views. The size of the room and comfortable bed. The excellent breakfast and the welcoming and friendly manner of our host, Noreen. She was extremely helpful in suggesting attractions and walks we could try.

Waterside Seaviews is located a 4 minute drive from Kenmare. Kenmare was an unexpected treat. Very cool town. Great restaurants. Very interesting and walkable. Jump-off point for the Ring of Kerry drive, which was a great trip. We would visit Kenmare again.
Waterside Seaviews was a nice B&B. Well-maintained building. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Good breakfast. Quiet location with good views of the water and the bridge into Kenmare. We would stay here again.
The host was also very friendly, and a great ambassador for Kenmare and the region.

I was very impressed by how it could be so clean. Breakfast was normal, but breakfast was not very important because of the lovely owner lady and cleanliness. It had an excellent view and location within walking distance...

The location by the water was breathtaking.
You wake up and have breakfast while looking at the sea and Carrauntoohill. Unbelieveble!
Noreen is a wonderful host. We felt like home staying at Watersedge. Noreen helped us with great advices concerning our trips.
The breakfast was amazing.
I am looking forward to returning to Kenmare and there is no doubt Watersedge will be my place to stay.

Noreen is a fantastic host who give a familly and warm atmosphere to the place. The view from the room is beautiful, the location really silent and the beds confortable. The house is just at 2 minutes by car from the city center. All you need for a relax stay.

The location is excellent, very quiet and with stunning views over the water. Breakfast was great, and the bedroom itself was high-end, more like a spacious 4 star hotel! Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying there again when we're next in Kenmare.

The room is quite big and spotless. We were a bit sorry arriving soaked with our dirty bicycle equipment in such a well maintained house.
The bed is very comfortable and the room has a superb view even under the rain. The breakfast is excellent.

I really liked the peaceful and cosy atmosphere of the B&B. I felt at ease right away by the warm welcome Noreen gave us. The room was comfortable with a nice view of the water. Breakfast was really good. The B&B is right on the Beara Way, which was ideal for us. Noreen was very kind and helpful.

loved this bed and breakfast and the location by the water. so peaceful when finishing up a long day of driving. the owner was so kind and the dog that greeted us was the cherry on top. if i could recommend just one hotel or b&b from our trip to Ireland, it would be this.

The views from the house across Kenmare estuary are spectacular especially as the sun comes down. The host was very understanding although we arrived in the evening and booked last minute. The breakfast was exceptional and we were made to feel very welcome not only in the B & B but to Co Kerry.
If there was anything maybe a usb plug in the room so international guests can charge their phones if they don't have an adaptor.
