Great location, quiet, scenic but central. Had a reallly nice corner room. Good beds, great bathroom, good breakfast.
We were asked to pay cash because the Internet was unreliable. Later, we had no issues with the Internet ourselves, even in the hotel, so we found this unlikely in an advanced country like Germany. Same issue with another restaurant later on. Claims there that it was the weather ( which seemed normal). Just seemed dubious to us.

Lovely location on Lindau Island, extremely pleasant owner, with clean traditional rooms. Enjoyed my brief stay so much, have booked to return on my homeward journey. Lindau and Bodensee is stunning.

The beer garden was very nice, excellent beer and setting. Breakfast was a good quality and variety, not as extensive selection as other hotels on Lake Constance, but perfectly fine.

Very good location ; very near to walk everywhere in Lindau.
There is a big car park building on the street besides the lake you can leave your car ( safe and cost is not too much) and then you must walk a few min for upper narrow street.
The hotel is just besides the church and behind the Museum (was under renovation).
The breaksaft is fair enough.
For our late arrival , they put our key in a safe box in enterence & they called and informed for password , was good service.
It was difficult to find the hotel by navigation (neither with car nor by walking) , when you park on main street on lake side, then you can see an upper narrow street with afew hotels just across ... you just need to walk to one street behind (by finding a narrow passway)...
It was an old building & rooms are old fashioned (but clean and not uncomfortable).
The price was a little bit expensive.

Very simple and old furnishings/interior, some in need of renovation.

Breakfast was very good, the staff were very supportive. The location is good in that it is not far from train station and one can go everywhere by foot.
If one should travel with a car to the area, it can be a big problem to bring it somewhere within easy walking distance.

Location is very good in the heart of the old town
We are senior travellers and being assigned rooms on Level 4 (Level 1 = Ground Level) meant that we had to lift our large luggage bags by hand as there was no elevator.

The location was perfect. Exactly what I was hoping for. On the island but not too close to crowded areas so it was quiet. The breakfast included in our stay was delicious and the dining room was beautiful and clean. The overall experience was very charming.
The worst part of our stay was the loud bell that seemed to never stop ringing. It would ring late at night and start very early in the morning. It was VERY loud and irritating.

Beautiful location adjacent to two churches, most marvelous for listening to bell peals during the daytime hours. A very comfortable country hotel!
Breakfast service somewhat stilted, but this is likely an effect of ongoing Covid-pandemic management rather than ongoing hotel hospitality.

Room didn't have heating on when we arrived as the hotel was virtually empty post-Covid, but the staff were lovely and found us fluffy warm blankets, which kept us warm at night until the room had warmed up. The staff were super helpful. The breakfast was excellent, tasty and plentiful.

Room was very small, no fridge, water cooker or even a glass for water. It's located in the midst of a construction zone. I was charged extra for the tourist tax, while usually it's included in the booking price. The toilet/shower smelt.

Location is ok, on Lindau Insel, not far from everything.
Insects in the room. Very old style room, not well mentioned, but high price. No elevator. Too high price, better find somewhere else.
