Nada , nos cambiaron de hotel y cuando llegamos no teníamos reserva para nosotros ,y tenia mensajes de confirmación , nos querían cobrar el doble por la web

-Beautiful hotel and the funicolare worked every time we used it. -Clean and nice room with great view from the balcony. -Tasty breakfast with different selection. -Most of the staff was helpful and polite (the front desk staff was especially helpful). -We had dinner at the restaurant, good food, a bit expensive but the mood at the restaurant was excellent (very friendly waitress serving us and a man playing nice saxophone music on the floor above us, by the big pool).

-It is a bit confusing to get from here to there inside the hotel (and there are a lot of stairs). -Spider webs by the funicolare. -We experienced stiffness from a few staff members but most of them were very nice. -The pizza we got at the bar by the big pool was not tasty.

It's terrific. Real comfort and relax. The hotel is higher then any expectation and perfect place and city.

The views, the staff , the food . the breakfast in the rrim with the terrace 😍. it was very clean too!

We arrived late for the check in and they didn’t had anymore our room available other than that everything was perfect

Breakfast was okay, coffee and fruit juices poor. More local food would be nice. Diner very nice but expensive
