Burriana is a very nice family friendly beach with many restaurants. The apartment is very spacious and clean with all the amenities, and a lovely balcony with great sea view. Very convinient parking inside the building for an extra small price. Check in was perfect. Thanks, Julia.

Location is excellent for walking to the beach and in to Nerja. Unit fairly quiet with double glazing for noise reduction and good airconditioning. Helpful to have BBC channels on the TV. Nice view from the balcony.
Overpriced given lack of modernisation in last decades and for price quoted should at least include parking and use of the safety box in the room. Unit needed updating - no LED lighting, old and dirty grout lines in bathroom, ancient furniture and a bit of a time warp.

Julia, the host and receptionist, was super friendly! Our fridge wasn't working properly and we got a complete new fridge within 2 hours time!

Fantastic location. Apartment 1C had a large terrace.Even though on the main area, the terrace was peaceful. Very clean. Just a walk across the road to the beach. I would recommend reserving sunbeds as it is very busy. A short walk to the old town but be aware it is up stairs or a slop which takes slightly longer. The staff were attentive and helpful and friendly.
The aircon in the room is very noisy.
Parking was stressful unless you parked up early and left your car in that space for the remainder of your holiday, or went out for the whole day and came back late.

Great location. Easy to park the car outside. WiFi perfect, many TV Chanels. Close to local restaurants. Nice roof terrace.
Had preferred balcony and sea view but I guess it is comes with a different price. Not the best of beds.

Our plane only left in the evening.
Although check out was some time in the morning, they let us stay at the apartement until we had to go to the airport! We were very thankful for that!

Location and comfort of the place.
Electricity went off twice :( the second time the power cut was around 5 am on our last day and was still off until we left around 8am.

Perfect location, does not get better than this in nerja, great staff- will fix an issue immediately & very nice, Terrace was amazing.
The beds were very uncomfortable & location can be noisy, but that is beyond the accomodations control!

Great location for beach and amenities. Lovely roof terrace. Easy to book, collect keys and pay.
Plenty of clean towels. Clean and secure apartment building.
Squeaky bed and bathroom door sticks when shutting.

The receptionist was lovely and massively helped us out on our last day as we were flying at 8.30pm and my husband wasn’t very well at all due to food poisoning, so they let us stay in the room until we left for the airport. Which was really good of them, they didn’t need to do that. The location was absolutely spot on!!
I wish I’d have known we didn’t have a balcony, I wrongly assumed they all did but as it was only a short trip we just dealt with it.

I liked the location, rooftop patio, well-kept property, loads of TV channels.
I was there in January, offseason, not many other visitors. The internet connection was dreadful between 0.5Mb and 4 Mb on average. Not enough to video chat, stream movies, work remotely. It would be nearly acceptable in 2012, not in 2022. I can't imagine more people using this internet connection in the main season. Thankfully I was attending a retreat in another place in Nerja where the internet was at least 250Mb.

Loved this apartment….perfect for a romantic break away..Very quiet and comfortable..Fabulous sun balcony with panoramic views…the apartment was very clean and well kept.. the shower was amazing..
