The location is excellent, very close to the Train station, metro and local bus. The apartment is very well equipped and all in perfect conditions.

The beds are too soft for my taste. I rather have a firm mattress.

The location was fantastic. 5 minute walk to all public transport and an easy walk to shops, bars, restaurants and historic sights. Apartment is on the 1st floor (lift and stair access) and while fairly small it is well laid out and as a family of 4 adults we were comfortable. Beds were good & the kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom had nice bath towels & good water pressure in the shower. We loved being able to open the windows and watch the street come to life below. Double glazed windows meant the summer heat was kept out. Our host met us at the apartment to explain everything and had good suggestions on where to go

The small courtyard off the main bedroom smells strongly of mould so we were unable to open the door to the outside.

Very clean, nicely decorated, fully equipped, drinks the refrigerator, lots of kitchen and bathroom supplies, coffee machine with coffee.

The location is conveniently close. The apartment is well equipped.

The shower drain was clogged. The coffee table leg was broken. Overall the apartment is good however it is overpriced.

The property had all needed facilities and the bed was very comfortable. The host was very kind to welcomed us with wine and cookies and presented the entire apartment.

The location was not the ideal one and in the contract there are some strange provisions around visitors not allowed to watch football games.

First impression: a row of recycling mega containers right in front, but the location — two blocks from the València Norte rail station and six blocks from the heart of the city with its gorgeous architecture, plus the clean roomy apartment make this a good choice for a family stay with one master bedroom and a small twin-bed room. Overflow to a hide-a-bed sofa in the family room/dining area. Two good bathrooms, one en-suite in the master bedroom

Not appropriate for two couples as the second bedroom only has room for one twin bed, unless you open a provided portable bed alongside which then covers wall to wall with no space to walk into or in the room. Great for one couple, one single, but not two couples

- The location is a walking distance from several nice places as well as from the train station. - The hosts were very friendly and cooperative.

We could not sleep throughout the night due to noise in the street (i.e. people talking, laughing, celebrating, or moving their bags - it seems heading to the train station). The windows are not sound proof.

Super great location near many Asian restaurants and the main train station. The apartment is super good size for 2 people.

Just the door downstairs doesn’t close automatically very well, you can’t really see it but most of the time you can push it open without keys. However, the area is quite safe feeling so we didn’t mind too much.

Fairly noisey. Otherwise great location near the train. Could walk to and from the station. We did a day trip once so this was handy to walk to the station . Near to walk to cafes and tourist bus stop.

Great place to stay. Lovely apartment, close to the station so easy to get to the Science Park and Beach, and walking distance to the old centre. Thoroughly recommend it.

Single bedroom was hot and needs air conditioning

Location was good. Very central and easy to get everywhere. The apartment was clean, and nice touches such as extra drinks provided.

We had to pay an independent deposit before arrival (which was most usual for a Booking.com reservation, and also sign a sternly worded form on entry, that was extremely explicit about noise, and threatened police callouts and fines if excessive noise was made from 9pm. This included "closing the main door QUIETLY", which was impossible, as the door main building door made such a loud explosive noise, that EVERY time someone from the building entered or left, the entire flat would shudder, waking the person sleeping in the lounge (and bedrooms) regularly throughout the night. It was MOST frustrating, and should be solved by the building administrators. Only for this reason I would not stay there again. The second room is also extremely small, and no smoking is allowed on the terrace, and so it is not suitable for smokers.

The location of the apartement was very great and central, market and bus station were very close (5 min). The apartment was light and spacious. Beds were comfortable and we didn't hear much noise. We got bottle of wine and some cookies from the host :)

It was quite hard to contact the host and connect about the handover of keys. Dishwasher wasn't working and one of the showers had problem with sink.

Great location by the train station, within walking distance of all main sights. Well equipped and comfortable apartment and some lovely complimentary drinks and biscuits!
