Very comfortable and good value for money.

Excellent location - 15 mins from Victoria coach station, safe neighbourhood, within walking distance of most attractions in that part of London. Bus stop at the hotel entrance. The room is just big enough for 2 adults. It is newly refurbished and spotless, with comfortable beds. The bathroom has been beautifully redone using high-quality fittings, fabulous shower! When booking I noticed that there was no meal plan, however at check-in we were told one was included in the price. It was quite basic, but more than adequate and very welcome, with gluten free toast available on request. Lift available, so no lugging of suitcases up the stairs!

Would have liked softer, thicker pillows on the beds. Adding little tubs of yoghurt to the breakfast would be good. Everything else was perfect!

nous avons été très bien accueilli et notre chambre lit jumeaux était correcte. Nous avons pu laissé nos bagages le jour de notre départ pour pouvoir profiter de Londres avant de reprendre notre train le soir même. A 5 min de la station de métro et ligne de bus devant l'hôtel

La salle de bain est petite . Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées, on entend tout les bruits. Proche de l'aéroport, les avions passent également au dessus de l'hôtel. L'emplacement n'est pas central. Le petit déjeuner est gratuit mais nous ne l'avons pas pris . Il y a une bouilloire avec thé et café dans la chambre.

for £200 a night and I booked well in advance, the room I got was lower ground so very dark with a door that led out into the sort of area a hotel would use as storage. It was an empty space but not the sort of space you'd want to go and sit outside in even if the door opened. What a wasted opportunity as they could have sold that room with a charming courtyard but as I say even if the door opened you wouldn't want to venture out into that space. I was cold because of insufficient bedding. There was no duvet on the bed. No bath tub either, just a walk in shower. Bathroom was miniscule.

Tra le cose positive di questo hotel c'è sicuramente la posizione: trovandosi a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Victoria permette di evitare un ulteriore mezzo di trasporto se si arriva dall'aeroporto a Victoria con il treno. Posto perfetto per chi non ama la metropolitana, dato che si possono raggiungere moltissimi luoghi iconici direttamente a piedi o con in bus. La struttura è abbastanza grande e potrebbe risultare un po' complicato raggiungere alcune camere soprattutto se ci si trova nell'ala senza ascensore. Noi avevamo richiesto una camera che affacciasse su Belgrave Road perché abbiamo già soggiornato in quella zona e siamo stati incantati dalla via così tipicamente londinese; lo staff è stato così gentile da accontentarci! All'arrivo abbiamo avuto qualche problema con l'impianto di aria condizionata/riscaldamento ma è stato subito risolto dal ragazzo alla reception. La piccola colazione è inclusa per tutti gli ospiti; non è granché ma è utile per chi come me non riesce ad iniziare la giornata senza bere e mangiare qualcosina. Si trovano pane tostato, marmellate, frutta, bevande calde e fresche, fagioli e opzioni salate. C'è anche un bar interno all'hotel gestito da ragazzi italiani dove poter fare colazioni e spuntini decisamente più buoni ma ovviamente a un costo londinese... Pulizia in camera fatta tutti i giorni, deposito bagagli gratuito, fermata del bus n.24 esattamente davanti all'hotel, e vari localini e supermercati vicinissimi completano l'esperienza positiva. Da tenere in considerazione, soprattutto per chi visita la città per la prima volta!

Abbiamo apprezzato praticamente tutto, solo il bagno e in particolare la doccia con solo il soffione fisso ci sono sembrati un po' vecchiotti... La camera piccolina ma pratica; il costo ovviamente altino ma nello standard londinese.

La localisation est idéale. Le bus 24 passe juste devant. Les chambres sont assez grandes pour un hôtel à Londres. Il y a possibilité de laisser les valises avant le check in et après le check out. Nombreux restaurants à proximité.

Le petit déjeuner est minimaliste.
