Nice location!! Nice staff!! We had a spacious appartement with kitchen and balcony.

The Wifi was not great, but you are high up in the mountains so it was expected. The kitchen equipment was not user friendly but after some time we figured out how it all worked. A few new frying pans would be nice.

Self catering, was very slightly off the Beaton track but no more than 5 minute walk from the action

reception staff couldn’t be friendlier. small pool available. transfer to Piste from outside hotel runs regularly.

overpriced. paid luxury price tag so was underwhelmed by accommodation and needed to fully clean kitchen on departure which felt overkill for the price tag.

The staff were so helpful and friendly at all times

Location of the residence is good and with the regular shuttle to the slopes makes it a good location

The accommodation is starting to become a little dated. During our stay this time there was no internet available for the full week - it felt as though the residence was doing nothing to deal with this issue and provided no information. For the price the expectations are high and our stay this time did not meet these expectations, which is a shame.
