Excellent location. comfortable stay. I traveled with my family and my kids were very comfortable during our stay. staff very friendly and apartment was clean.

Central location

This facility was converted to a hotel from an old high storey building. It seems to be only taking advantage of a luxury hotel brand and nothing else. The images were misleading. The X2 rooms was a small apartment flat which was merely renovated. The owner clearly didn't invest much into it. we had to enter to carpark from a very narrow road which also pedestrians use . It looked unsafe and dangerous. There are many other places around which worth the money spent. Better Avoid.

this is just a perfect property especially for families! the location is amazing in the middle of Bagdad Street staff were so helpful and friendly the apartment was so spacious (the 3 bedroom apartment) with a smart TV, and everything was clean. it is directly beside Starbucks where you can grab a breakfast and start shopping on bagdad street

not a disadvantage but maybe if the cooperated with the restaurant downstairs and added breakfast or lunch meal with the reservation it would be great

The location is at the heart of Bagdad street, beautiful and lively street with lots of shops and restaurants around. We used to come back late night, found the area very safe always. Suwadiye Marmara train station is just 5 minuts away, you have train every 10 minutes, can reach any part of istanbul in half an hour, bus / taxies alway available to reach kadikoy,. The property is modern, spacious and very comfortabale, we were family of 4, we enjoyed the stay. The reception staffs were very helpful and professional, they arranged us taxi to Airport. Will stay there if we come back istanbul. Recommended.

Very, very few things...

By one side the location is very good, many restaurants and shops all around, by the other side is right next to the train line, that runs continously from 5 am to 12 pm. If you have a lower floor accomodation, imagine how noisy it is. Although it is a non smoking place, I was assigned an apartment with a powerful cigarette smell. There is a noisy restaurant connected to the building, as well. I cannot understand why they try to allocate you the worst rooms before insisting to get better onces. I paid almost 1800 euros for an apartment, 9 days, no breakfast, for two people and I was allocated one at the second floor, on top of the restaurant, with a smoking smell and huge noise from the train. What else should you wish? After insisting I was moved to the 5 floor, while the building has, I think, 15 floors. I appreciated that the management was open to my demands, but for the money I paid it was still very little.
