Aamiainen oli hyvin järjestetty jaa runsas. Tuotteet olivat tuoreita ja hyvin esillä. Huone oli mukava ja riittävän suuri. Sänky oli hyvä. Huone oli siisti. Uima-altaat olivat hyvät. Hyvin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Puerto de Mogan on erinomainen kohde rauhalliselle lomalle. Paljon hyviä ruokapaikkoja, jopa erinomaisia. Voin suositella sekä kohdetta että hotellia.

Huoneistossa ei ollut viilentävä oli ilmastointia. En valitsisi hotellia,jos lämpötila on yli 28.

Clean & comfortable, we self catered & the Dino supermarket was close by & offered very good choices for food & drink.

Bra beliggenhet. Store leiligheter, med stor terrasse. Flere basseng å velge mellom.

Vi hadde kjøpt halvpensjon. Men middagen var så elendig at vi kun spiste der en kveld. Frokosten var heller ikke noe å skryte av. Det luktet kattetiss rundt bassenget. Veldig mye katter rundt på anlegget. Det var hele 5 (!!!) ulike heiser for å komme seg fra resepsjonen til rommet. Og hele 6 ulike heiser fra splash park til rommet. Flere av heisene fungerte ikke deler av tiden. Det var ganske håpløst å ha barnevogn og være avhengig av heis når man må ta så mange ulike heiser. Dette burde være bedre opplyst i annonsen til hotellet. Det var dårlig utvalg av mat i bassengbar. Kun toast. Anlegget bar preg av slitasje. Ingen utedusjer virket på splash parken, splash anlegget var vanskelig å skru på, dyser fungerte ikke mm. Flere ødelagte ting rundt omkring. På rommet hang stikkontakt på badet å dinglet løst (veldig farlig med barn), spot var ødelagt, det var små maur på kjøkkenbenken. Dusjene bar preg av å ikke være grundig rengjort på en stund.

La amabilidad de todo el personal del hotel. La zona del splash está genial, sobre todo para las parejas que tenemos niños. El apartamento es bastante amplio y la terraza también está muy bien con el césped artificial que tiene instalado y la ducha para refrescarse en el exterior. La comida del bufet también está bastante bien y variada.

No puede ser que a la altura que estamos y con tantas olas de calor no tengan aire acondicionado en todos los apartamentos, sólo lo tienen unos pocos y me imagino que serán los más caros aunque dónde nos quedamos tampoco es que fuera muy barato. Si bien es cierto que tienen ventiladores de techo en cada habitación, no es suficiente ya que al complejo le está dando todo el día el sol y cuando pones el ventilador estás removiendo aire caliente. La zona de la piscina principal (dónde está el bar piscina) huele muy mal, a caca y pis de los animales que tienen dentro paseando. Me parece muy bien que tengan gatos en las instalaciones pero deben tener esa zona muy limpia para evitar esos malos olores ya que es imposible estar ahí.

Esa segunda vez que pasamos las vacaciones aquí, la ubicación, el servicio, el apartamento y la gran terraza.

Deberían de hacer más hincapié en la limpieza de zonas comunes, la gente deja porquería por todos los sitios y debería de haber mayor supervisión. 

I like almost everything about the apartments and will definitely come again. Constructive feedback: mugs as well as small cups. An ice cube tray, a cheese grater and a grill.

Smell of cat urine and feaces around the pool area. Otherwise all good.

It needs a bit of modernising - some better charging ports would be greatly appreciated like USB ports and so on

appartamento veramente grande e confortevole( ampia terrazza con tavolo, lettini prendisole, doccia esterna) , bagno grande, cucina e soggiorno con televisore, camera grande con altro televisore e letti grandi e comodissimi. Buona posizione all'inizio della passeggiata pedonale che porta al mare(10 minuti a piedi), davanti ad un supermercato e vicinissimo a bar e ristoranti.Ottima la colazione sia come varieta' che come qualita' del cibo. Personale gentile e disponibile.Hanno un parcheggio privato che noi non abbiamo utilizzato perche' proprio davanti all'hotel ci sono numerosi posti auto liberi.

La amabilidad y cercanía de las personas en recepción. Al llegar pedimos cambio de habitación porque la terraza de la que nos dieron (bajo nuestra petición de que estuviera cercana a alguna de las piscinas porque íbamos con una persona con movilidad reducida) tenía una terraza más pequeña y con menos privacidad. Nos la cambiaron sin problema.

La limpieza. Los pasillos olían bastante mal. Al venir a limpiar solo hacían las camas, cambiaban toallas si tocaba y quitaban papeleras si se acordaban. Un día no nos quitaron la del baño, llamamos para que vinieran a cambiarla pero no aparecieron. Tampoco nos dejaron más papel.

Given room 708 on arrival, a poor room with only a view of a roof top & the smallest of balconys that would clearly not get much sun. Asked for a move, granted by reception team to 5th floor room, much greater outside space & only a little further to walk. If we stay again likely to upgrade for air conditioning, safe box & pool towels included.

La colazione molto variegata, sia dolce che salata. Aree comuni ben tenute. Bella la posizione vicino a Mogàn.

La pulizia della camera inesistente, nonostante i continui solleciti in reception, tutte le sere tornavamo e nessun cambiamento. Sembrava che entrassero, facessero i letti e pulissero velocemente il bagno. Pavimento sempre sporco, macchie ai bordi e ragnatele sul soffitto che dondolavano ogni volta che accendevamo il ventilatore. Arredamento datato e polveroso. I bambini della camera sopra la nostra hanno gettato pane su tutto il balcone e sulla tenda, anche quelli rimasti fino all' ultimo.

Very clean, frequent change of towels and cleaning of room, food was nice and of good variety. The pool areas was clean and safe. Staff were friendly

A superior apartmant béreltük (4 felnőtt). Mindkét hálószobához volt gyönyörű fürdőszoba, a nappalit nemigen használtuk, hiszen hatalmas teraszunk volt és ott töltöttük az időt, amikor a szálláson voltunk. A légkondi ügyesen volt megoldva, automatikusan bekapcsolt ha a teraszajtót becsuktuk. A reggeli és a vacsora is nagyszerű volt, rengeteg féle halétel és minden egyéb is, szóval mindenki megtalálta a neki tetszőt. Mivel hatalmas az épületkomplexum, lehetett sétálgatni de különböző liftekkel el lehet jutni mindenhová.

mi sono piaciuti i gatti che soggiornavano nell'hotel e molto belle le varie piscine. Il servizio è stato eccellente, personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Vi erano inoltre molti ascensori disponibili per chi aveva difficoltà

Non mi è piaciuta la mancanza dell'aria condizionata nella camera e per quanto le camere fossero molto pulite, il corridoio fuori dalle camere non lo era

Er was een vriendelijke ontvangst met een glaasje cava. Vervolgens kregen we een plattegrond met een kruisje bij ons appartement. Het complex is een bijenkorf, maar je hebt geen last van elkaar. Het is ca. 12 minuten lopen naar het strand. Het stadje is echt gezellig.

Location in a quiet part of Gran Canaria, nice walking distance to the beach. Option to rent a room with aircon

Staying at the top floor apt means walking plenty of stairs or taking multiple lifts. Crowded and small pools

Everything was fine. This is a true hotel for families to stay with kids. Small houses are equipped with everything you need. There is big supermarket SuperDino close to hotel where you can buy something to eat also there is outstanding promenade following to ocean where you can find a lot of restaurants, shops etc. Hotel management provided us a very late checkout. We stayed till late evening and even they allowed us to stay in our house till end of the day absolutely for free as seems to be nobody booked our room for this date. This was totally unexpected and we were really impressed by hotel hospitality!

I was missing all inclusive concept. Buying food from store makes impression about vacation a bit different. Topless concept is everywhere in Gran Canaria but for family hotel it is a bit too much in my opinion. Kids play water games and women with naked breast bathing next to them. With a fully respect to local traditions in my opinion it is too much for kids areas to have half nude people right next to them. Maybe special designated area for nude women away from kids would be better idea.

Excellent swimming pools and nice size clean room with good bathroom. In a good location close to all facilities (beach/supermarket/restaurants etc). Spa was amazing. Ideal for young families.
